I would no longer recommend these for anyone. I wore them one day and ended up with a huge blister on the back of my heel due to the poor construction at the back of the shoe. It was like there was no cushioning there at all and I couldn't change out of them because my job requires safety tie shoes.

Purchased just shy of 3 months ago(early August) the inner lining of back stay has about a 2 inch tear in it and is irritating the back of my foot with every step. I would stay away from these particular work shoes and put your money somewhere else

They don't seem wide enough. My feet hurt more in these shoes then they did in my old pair. I am on my feet 8-9 hours a day walking and standing around. I would not buy them again.

Day 2 of wearing my new safety shoes had to climb under some duct work on a concrete floor and the toe area rubbed off showing the metal cap which is not allowed on most OSHA ran job sites.

When I bought these boots, I loved them. They were comfortable, sturdy and my feet stayed warm through the winter. I am a local truck driver who does about 5 hours of dock work per week. So they don't get a tremendous amount of wear and tear. But only 4 months later, the sole cracked almost completely across. (Picture) Now I previously wore the Timberland hikers for work. (Brown boot in picture) I went through 4-5 pairs, and always got about 11-12 months out of them. I decided to go with the safety boots with the assumption that they would last just as long. I was decidedly wrong. They didn't even last half as long as the hikers. Very disappointed.

I have never had a pair of work shoes wear out like these. The soles are basically disintegrating for no reason. It's so bad that water can now be absorbed up through the bottom of the shoe, soaking my feet. This happened around 6 months of wear. Check out other reviews on Timberland work shoes and you will see pics of the same thing happening. What a waste of money! Never again will I buy work shoes from Timberland.

I purchased these shoes because many coworkers had these and I thought it would be a home run for comfort protection. While the protection is there the comfort is absolutely terrible there is no support anywhere. To put it clearly as soon as I'm off my feet it's like pure pleasure cause my feet no longer hurt. Stay away is all I cam say.

These shoes are terrible. I've had them 3 months and only walk in them daily at work. No climbing, running, etc. just normal walking. I had to replace insoles immediately because the stock ones are like paper. I untie these shoes EVERY TIME I put them on and the inside back is already worn to the core. No arch support. No heal support.
If it wasn't for the 90 day return policy with no wear, I'd return these to the retailer for a full refund. I am not happy and now have to go get more shoes out of pocket because work already paid for these...

Bought these shoes in the beginning of Spring 2018 and now its the 2nd week of Aug 2018 and the soles of the shoes on the bottom are wearing out. I was told by a buddy that also had these shoes to not wear them when using any chemicals like coil cleaner (which I haven't) however it still didn't help. Im pretty sad that these shoes didn't last as long as a sneaker typically can for me. When I first got these shoes they were the most comfortable shoes i have ever put on and wore for the first week. Normally it takes a good week or two to break in new shoes but not these. But I'm not happy with them only lasting a few months. Definitely wont be buying these again. Now I need to buy a new pair of work shoes!
Timberland needs to get the quality of these shoes up to par!
