There is a design flaw with this shoe. The shoestrings get caught on the tongue reinforcement at the tongue and make it difficult to unlace the shoe when takingit off. Otherwise the shoe seems to be fine.

I love these shoes, but the white seems to be out of stock everywhere. The black leather are not my style.

I use it for walking for an hour or when shopping, or for short walks. I have too much
pain from arthritis and fibromyalgia to be able to walk as far as I used to.

So disappointed!! I needed to replace my wonderful, old New Balance, and ordered these because they looked the most like them. Although I ordered the same size, 8M, the toe box was way too wide, and the length was a half size longer. I will return.

I have worn New Balance for around 30 years. After each foot surgery, the Physical Trainers said I needed the best shoe New Balance made. For a time I wore women's shoes, then there was a change in the shoe, and I went to men's shoes. This happened several times over the years. Currently I am in men's size 9 in the 928V3. Problem is, they are no longer made. I tried on so many shoes from New Balance and other brands. None had the same support. The closest fit is the 813 so I bought 2 pairs. I like the shoe to be solid leather so as not to soil. Unfotrtunately, all the shoes have mesh somewhere on them. The worst place is the tongue because it is in the front and shoes the dirt all the time. I also bought one pair of 813, which is Ok, but not as supportive as the 928V3's. On the 813, the tongue and the sides have mesh, which are already dirty. I have only had both the 813 and 608 a week. I feel very let down by New Balance for discontinuing the 928V3's.

Way too narrow and too short. I wear a Medium width. The toe box of the 928 was uncomfortably narrow, and that is without socks on! I'm afraid a Wide might be too loose in the heel. Also my toes are up against the end of the shoe. I would say order at least a 1/2 size larger, and you might need a wider width too.

I bought the same size as I've bought before in New Balance sneakers, but they were both too short and too wide. Confusing.

I am a senior citizen. I have narrow feet and bought bought a narrow.
I guess the body of the shoe fits O.K. but I did not feel my heel was held securely enough when walking.
I did not feel there was very much arch support.
My previous sneaker was lighter so for me this shoe feels a little heavier and bulkier than I wanted.

Thought I was getting 2W but received 4W. Toe box not the same as my two other pairs despite being the same shoe(albeit a different color). Can no longer get this shoe in my size. Very disappointed.

These are the only shoe that has a square toe box that I can wear, 928v3, and they no longer make them

For the cost of the shoe I would expect more cushioning inside. Seem cheaply made.

I have tried these shoes. They are not cushioned enough for me. They also are very hot as they are made of leather.

The shoes were too short in the toes. NB shoes used to be a predictable fit but it seem that constantly changing where and how well their shoes are made have made fit and quality in some styles a thing of the past.

I bought this shoe after seeing it rated as "one of the top 5 walking shoes" if you've got foot/knee issues. I'd considered purchasing arch supports for my shoes but thought I'd try these first. It took me a few days to get used to the shoes. They do provide good support but overall, seem heavy and stiff when walking. They are also somewhat "orthopedic" in style. They are definitely sturdy and well made.

I was so disappointed with the arch support in this shoe. As others have said it's a little pink in color, but it's the fit that's important. I have worn New Balance for many years but I just can't seem to find one with adequate support right now.

I wear an 8EE. This shoe has a spacious toe box with plenty of room. The heel was a bit wide but not too bad. This shoe comes with rollbar technology and has no flex. I was looking for a more flexible shoe so this did not work for me.

I have been purchasing this style since 2016. Finally I found a shoe that feels comfortable with my narrow heel and need for a roomy toe box. The stitching on the stabilizing straps l has failed, however, and I've only had this pair two months. This also happened on my previous pair, but it was winter and I was wearing overshoes, so thought that might be causing the problem. Wanted to let you know about this. I do love the comfort and fit, but not as happy with the durability as I was in the past.

Last fall I bought the 928 style shoe in black in size 8 Medium. I already owned the 813 style in white in size 8 Medium. So about 4 weeks ago I bought the white 928 style in an 8 Medium. The white one I just bought fits totally differently from the other two shoes I already own. The newer shoe is too wide in the heel, too tight across the instep and the left shoe rubs against my big toe. I am very disappointed. However, since I love New Balance so much and they have done so well in the past, I exchanged the 8 Medium for a 8 Wide. Hopefully, along with the bunny lacing the salesman showed me and the wider shoe, I will be able to wear them. I plan to wear them only in the house so I can keep them clean while I decide whether I am going to return them.

The shoe looks like a man's shoe. The shoe is very stiff and my feet seemed to probate.

I am male, with a narrow foot. The Women's size 12AA fits well and this is the second pair of 928v3 I have owned. As with the previous pair the construction is somewhat shoddy--ragged leather edges, stitching irregular in areas. Also, the heel lining tends to wear through rather too rapidly.

The shoes slid up and down my heel so I had to return them. I was disappointed since I had enjoyed New Balance shoes in the past.

I buy size based on in-store NB measuring. I am not sure it is accurate. The shoe is well made. Looks nice. Doesn't hurt. But....something's not right. They don't seem to lace up snugly, not sure why. Will keep wearing. Would be glad to add to this review later.

the left shoe fits perfect but the right shoe is big. I slip out of it. I find that odd
