After trying many shoes with orthotic, this shoe finally gives my foot the stability it needs. Comfort all day long. Stylish and love the colour. Wish there were more colours. Get job New Balance!

Thank you, New Balance for listening and redesigning this version to be closer to the original 928! These are perfect! Narrow heel, wide toe/forefront, high instep, rollerbar and extra depth for my orthotics, are perfect for my feet. I love the blue suede!

Recommended these to my wife..... . She loves them.

Loved everything about the shoe except for the blue coloing on the inside padding that shows outside. Yuck! I wanted just an all white shoe and that throws it off completely. I need to wear the shoes when i get dressed up because of my foot problem and that coloring takes it down a notch and makes me look too casual. Not good when im trying to make good impressions with the best that I've got and can do. Otherwise i love the shoe! It enables me to live work and take care of myself better than any other shoes that i own.

The shoes are very comfortable, I wear them to work all day, five days per week. My feet are very happy!

I take a 4E width and sometimes even that can run smaller than expected. This is a nice leather shoe. It runs wide enough. I read other reviews where some complained about a short tongue on the shoe. I didn't find this a problem. Shoe looks and feels great.

Have been wearing 928's for sometime. Great support for my bad back, plantar fasciitis varicose veins. Not many sport shoes come in the narrow width except this one. I cannot do without. Great shoe and wonderful comfort and support. Purchased the grey color and was surprised at how much I like it.

I am glad to say the 948 shoe that changed from a v2 to a v3, No change in fit. Just more expensive.

I love the way these shoes support my feet. As stated in other reviews, the tongue is a little shorter, but not a deal breaker. I would recommend.

This is my fourth pair of these shoes. They are comfortable as soon as I take them from the box and they accommodate my orthopedic inserts well.

With my feet problems, I have to wear new balance shoes for over-pronation all the time. This dark blue suede shoe is very close to just a normal casual shoe. Now, if it came in black to go with black pants.... Also, since most of the padding is in the insole, I find it's better to use the included insole rather than my New Balance orthotic insoles. Otherwise, there's not much padding.

Excellent fit and support; just like its predecessor. Will order this style again!!

Bought this for my wife. We power walk three miles every day. She is delighted. it is just what what she needed!

ve bought this shoe for years, back when they were 926's. They fit awesomely. The 927 shoe was awful. Then the 928 was an improvement over that, but then the 928v2 was made to be thinner and sexier. That was a mistake! So you made version 3, which is better again. However, I do have to agree that the cushioning isn't quite as good as it was with the original 928. I understand that manufacturing changes can change a shoe style, etc. But let's face it.. this model shoe is NOT sleek or sexy and those of us who buy it KNOW that and celebrate that! We don't want sleek and sexy for this shoe , we want something we can work out in , something we can be on our feet all day and night in, and we want comfortable and healthy-for-our-feet shoes! You have a very strong client base who really enjoy and appreciate this shoe. So please stop changing it and messing with it, because why fix something if it isn't broken. It works, and you don't need to attract new people with a sleeker shoe from this model. Please keep this shoe going :) Thanks :)

I wear these shoes with dark-colored slacks when I want comfort and don't want to draw attention to my footwear.

These very comfortable shoes assist me in walking properly......my feet just love them!

I bought these in a brick and mortar store, after explaing to the clerk my foot difficulties: a long second toe and bunions. he brought these out and I never want to take them off!

My husband loves the back support and comfort in these shoes. He's always had back problems till he found these so I highly recommend these shoes if your on your feet all the time. My husband does live production so there's a lot of standing and lifting and these shoes are wonderful

These shoes not only look great but the support is excellent. Great walking or every day shoe. Fit is true to size. Very happy with these - would buy again.

I love the updated walking shoe. I have been wearing its predecessor for years because of the removable footbed and the wide toe box. I did have to go up 1/2 a size as the current models toe box is not as wide as the one I had. But I am pleased and bought a second pair to have as s backup!

I highly recommend them to anyone with feet problems. I use custom orthotics in them and the toe box has plenty of room. The tongue is a little short, but not a problem. I did go up a half a size as the toe box is slightly more narrow than my previous pair. Highly recommended.

I like these because they give the appearance of a shoe and the comfort of sneaker.

I've always worn the 927 shoe and I'm glad they made them in navy suede. The roll guard is great as is the fit. My hammer toes are comfortable in them.

Love these shoes. I struggle with neuropathy and can't seem to find any shoes that are comfortable. Got these and they are like heaven on earth. So roomy and make me feel great again!
