This style is true to size and width. With its roomy toe box and good support (which allows for an additional insert if desired), the suede makes this shoe "acceptable" for shopping where an athletic shoe might not look so good.

I forgot I had new shoes on. I loved the fact you do not have to break them in. Arrival time was awesome. I ordered them on a late Friday afternoon & they where at my doorstep Monday afternoon.

These shoes are without a doubt the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever owned. I have numerous problems with my feet. When I wear this pair of shoes my feet do not bother me at all. I wish they came in black in the same material. The black leather shoe in the same style is just not as comfortable..

At the recommendation of a friend I splurged on these in my regular size. I'm glad I did. They're extremely comfortable but it took a few hours before I decided that they weren't too small. Really great purchase.

I have more foot issues than I can spell. My two foot Docs (AZ & MN) said, New Balance w/rollbar only shoes for you. 847 great, 928 exceptional. Thank you New Balance for the extended rollbar on the 928. Now if you would design a sandal from this model, that would be Nirvana!

I wear a 5 EEEE, and have a high arch. These shoes are extremely comfortable, allowing me to slip them on and wear them with no painful "break in" time: they simply fit perfectly! They are orthotic friendly by removing the insole, and replacing it with the orthotic.

I was so happy to receive my order of 928v3. Some of my concerns about the v2's have been addressed and they are so comfortable. I still wish the mesh areas were not mesh. They never clean as well as the rest of the shoe, so they look dirty. However, I'm still very happy with this shoe.
