The New Balance 928 is so comfortable! I have orthotics in my shoes and I have worn this type of New Balance Walking Shoe for years. It is the only shoe that fits my orthotics. I highly recommend this shoe!

These are the only shoes I've found that I can walk in pain free from my plantar fasciitis, and since I live in New York City I walk a lot, every day, year-round. The shoes also grip wet/icy/slippery surfaces really well. My only suggestion: how about some other colors than black, white and grey, something bright and fun maybe. How about it, NB???

You wouldn't think that shoe I have ordered and replaced three time could get better, but it has. They replaced the round shoe laces with flat ones and finally it stays tied all day long. A very comfortable shoe if you are on your feet all day long.

I love these shoes! They fit beautifully and give me some arch support. I wear orthotics so I needed to get the next size up to accommodate them. I never had a problem. They wear for a long time. I've had them for about 3 years before I needed to replace them. Hope they carry them for a long time to come.

These are so upportive and comfortable. My podiatrist recommended them and I am glad I followed his advice. I am on my feet for 8-10 hours a day at work and do not have any problem wearing these shoes day after day.

This is my 2nd pair of the 928's. They feel heavier then running shoes but I have not had a flare up of plantar fasciitis since I began wearing them. My heel placement is correct. The rollbar is effective. I have wides to accommodate my orthotics and plenty of room in the toe box to wiggle my toes. I don't know if the shoes have helped with the swelling in my feet after a 12 hour shift at work but that is non existent now.

Really expensive so I literally wear them out before purchasing again. I have two ankle reconstructions and 7 foot surgeries. The construction is very stable for me.

This is pretty much the only shoe I wear. I need the roll bar and extra support for plantar faciatis. They are so comfortable and hold up well. I always have a pair in black and beige. Great shoe!

I purchased New Balance because I was told by my podiatrist that this company has the widest toe box on the market. He did not lie. I was very anxious ordering them because they are a bit pricey but when I got them and tried them on, I knew I had made the right choice. They were comfortable even with my orthotics in them. I have had them for almost three years and they are just now starting to wear out around the area where the sole meets the uppers. They will be demoted to my gardening shoes because they are still useful. I am very happy with them and will continue to purchase these same shoes for as long as they are made available to me.

With a 4EEEE wide foot, New Balance always has a shoe that fits my wide foot. New Balance shoes wear for miles and miles of walking. Easy to clean, great shoelaces that launder beautifully. I always a couple of new New Balance in my closet for future wearing. Years ago, before I found New Balance 4EEEE shoes, I had painful corns on my toes. No more, New Balance 4EEEE are wide enough to provide comfortable wear and no more corns, for years.
