These are great shoes if you have foot problems and need the support. My feet still hurt but in theory I guess they feel better than they would without them. I had to contact customer service twice about an issue. I received a return text the NEXT day. I think I was on hold the first time around 45 minutes but was on hold the second time for an hour and 20 minutes and the guy couldn't help me. He was not friendly and I was really frustrated that I wasted all of my time for absolutely nothing. Don't expect any help once you finally get through to customer service.

I wear them just about every day. I feel so great when I have a new pair! I am a part time cashier and on my feet a lot of the time. I am 64 and an active grandma! I enjoy life and these walkers help me so much!!!

this is a good quality shoe but not for me. Sure wish you would make more styles available in the XX wide. bee a customer of New Balance for years but cant find any available in a 6 1//2 xxwide.

They are very comfortable fit me well. My foot is narrow.

I use these shoes for daily wear: work, and casual activities. The old ones become my gardening shoes. I have a narrow foot and I am so happy to have found a shoe that does not slip at the heel or pinch my toes. They seem to run a bit small, but I have figured out what size fits.

The width on the shoes is absolutely perfect for my swollen feet. They also have great support & cushion my feet from hard surfaces.

It is a good fit. I pull out the insoles so I can use my orthotics.

Love style fabric etcbut couldn't get the 8W or 8B to fit me right because I have a problem with the back of my heel from surgery and swelling. If you know your size these are great.

First things first. I am not Elliot. My daughters bought me a pair of shoes for my birthday. Your shoes are the only ones I wear if I am not wearing sandals in summertime. They support my feet great. I have been wearing this style for about eight years. So, thank you for a great product.

This is the only shoe that brings support and comfort to my diabetic feet. I've been waiting for almost a 1 1/2 now for New Balance to start making them again; I believe you had to stop because of the pandemic, labor and material shortages.
