Under comments, I have difficult feet. Need 10 1/2 for one foot, 10 for other, so I get the half size larger and wear extra thick socks on that one. My feet are ultra narrow so I ask to make them a little more narrower. All seems to work and I've worn this style through at least two different product designs. Work for me.

I use the new balance 928 for work for several years but always got them at walk on a cloud. No store near by, I decided to try purchasing on line. Very happy because I got exactly what I ordered in few days. Very happy with the shoes and on line shopping experience. Thank you new balance.

I bought the "gray" color because white was currently unavailable in 9EEEE. I've been wearing this shoe and the 928v3 mesh for more years than I can remember but unfortunately shoes in my size are hard to find. The gray is not gray. It's taupe - not quite beige, not quite gray. Still a great shoe though.

I bought the tan ones, and I love them. I use for walking, especially up and down stairs. I need the cushioning on my knees and feet.
I have bought New Balance for many years. They also come in a range of size no one else makes. I wear a size 12 AA ( narrow) and they 99 % of the time have them in stock.

I have worn this style of shoe for years and I walk every day ..one day 2 miles the next 5I update my shoes once a yr and find it convenient to keep ordering the same style and size to be sent to the house.

I really enjoy wearing these shoes. They are very supportive and comfortable. The only thing that I changed was to make them no tie, so I could slip them on and off quickly.

I have worn this same make and model of shoes for years (too many to count). I love them. They fit my feet (Wide width) perfectly, they are sturdy and they hold up beautifully. The pair I just received are grey but I also have a pair in black.

I was told this show in this color and material is being discontinued. I love them so much I have found and ordered 5 pair. I wish they did the same shoe in other colors in this material. The other colors are shinny and look like normal cheap tennis shoes.

The moment I tried on these shoes I knew they were made just for me! I can't wait to put them on daily and my orthotics fit perfectly in them. They may not be the most modern style but when my feet hurt, function trumps style. I love these shoes. I now have 3 of them!!

I have problem feet and wear custom orthotics. These are the only shoes I can where that give me a good fit and let me stand up for longer periods of time. Even other New Balance shoes don't work like these. They are expensive but worth it. I wish they came in other colors so I would have some variety besides black, white and navy and tan. Gray would be nice.

The extra wide width is the best for me, runs a little large, nothing thicker shoes didn't fix. Shoes are extremely comfortable. I didn't need a "breaking in" period. Used them at the theme park and walked 8 hours straight. Great shoes! Definitely getting another pair in different color.

Probably the only comfortable shoe I can wear, due to bunions. The leather stretches as well which is great for comfort. Highly recommend for diabetic

Roomy toebox is a big plus. This is my second pair of this style; they are very comfortable.
The color of these shoes is very attractive, a beige type of gray, or "greige."
I just wish the visible part of the sole was the same color as the shoe instead of being white; the black shoes, my first pair, have an all-black sole so they look more like shoes than sneakers.
