Very sturdy comfortable shoe. Looks nice and is nice to walk in. Glad to have them.

I love the blue color and they look great with jeans. Unlike some of the other shoes with the"N" on the side, they don't rub. No breaking time required. It isn't as heavy as the other 928 leather shoes.

Just got what I expected. I work in the kitchen so this one fits me perfectly

These are the only shoes that fit my feet correctly. I have bought them for at least 15 years and love them. Now I can't find them anywhere?

It fits just right and very comfortable. My toes have wiggle room. It gives my feet lots of support so I can be on my feet several hours at a time.

The 928 New balance shoes are the only shoes I can buy online or in a store, put them on and wear them right away with no blisters or breaking in. I have a wide foot and these have been perfect for me. They are comfortable. They are easy to keep clean. And look nice, for an old lady to wear the only downside, with inflation these days, is the price. I've been wearing them for at least 20 years!

I bought these for my favorite person in the world my wife. She like myself is up in years ( I will not say her age) but she is a go getter and works almost full time though it is part-time. She averages over 20hrs. per week as a cashier at a food establishment called Mariano's. She works on one major problem the flooring is polished concrete and though the design is pretty it is evenmore rough on her feet. Your sales rep about 2 years ago, directed us to the same pair I purchased again for this review. Simply put the quality of craftmanship is the same if not better. They fit just as well when first purchased. When she arrived home after the first day of the new pair she was delighted and gave me a big thank-you smooch! I've been purchasing 928's for many years to wear as work shoes for my part-time hustle. I am on my feet for long stretches of time and these shoes give me the support and comfort I need for my high-arch feet.

Wear everyday. Not knowing where to get Red Wing Waterproof which is the best on these shoes. It was a paste

Love this shoes, been wearing them for 10 years now, my neighbor put me on to these shoes, i wear a size 9, recently I purchased a size 9 and it felt smaller, so I sent them back and got a 9 and a half size, which fit way more comfortable, other than that great shoe, tried to order a white pair to but it wasn't in stock, very comfortable if your on your feet a lot, hope this helps!

928V3 is my favorite walking shoe. I prefer all leather with great support and comfort. I use this shoe every day. It also is a long lasting shoe. My favorite.

This shoe is for a hard-to-fit foot. It fit perfectly without a "break-in" period. Delivery was speedy as promised.

Very happy with my new shoes. As I wasn't sure of my size and ordered two pair. Was able to easily print the prepaid shipping label to send the one pair back however, still haven't heard that they were received back.

Have been wearing only New Balance shoes for 20+ years. Had to order online because stores rarely stock a womens 11 narrow. Have found that all shoe stores have a good selection of wide sizes, but never narrow. Feels discriminatory.

This is my 3rd pair. They last several years. As the older pair gets too warn or the dog chews off the sole, I buy a new pair for every day and use the old pair for dog walking and yard work. Thank you for continuing this style.

Under comments, I have difficult feet. Need 10 1/2 for one foot, 10 for other, so I get the half size larger and wear extra thick socks on that one. My feet are ultra narrow so I ask to make them a little more narrower. All seems to work and I've worn this style through at least two different product designs. Work for me.

I use the new balance 928 for work for several years but always got them at walk on a cloud. No store near by, I decided to try purchasing on line. Very happy because I got exactly what I ordered in few days. Very happy with the shoes and on line shopping experience. Thank you new balance.

I bought the "gray" color because white was currently unavailable in 9EEEE. I've been wearing this shoe and the 928v3 mesh for more years than I can remember but unfortunately shoes in my size are hard to find. The gray is not gray. It's taupe - not quite beige, not quite gray. Still a great shoe though.
