Ordered necklace online & was defective. A prong was half off & stone was sticking out. I easily exchanged it for a new one in the store, but I had to make an extra trip to do so...

It's pretty if you don't look too close. I think perhaps I got a defected one. There are several places on the "drusy" part that are scratched off so that the white underneath shows through. If you don't look too close, it's not that bad, but I definitely wouldn't have selected this one in the store. It should have been examined more closely before it was packaged and shipped.

I was a little disappointed in the Rose coloring. It wasn't as pink as I thought it would be. It's a gift for my 13 yr old granddaughter and she chose it because of the color. Hopefully she'll be able to exchange it at a local store if she doesn't like it?!

I ordered this necklace online as a gift for my daughter's birthday. We were sent the necklace in silver instead of gold. Now I'll have to take the necklace back to the store in hopes of exchanging, defeating the purpose of ordering online in the first place.

Didn't appear as classy as I would have liked. Stone looks cheaply man made.

I bought this for my girlfriend and the necklace came thrown into a bag, and is all knotted up really really bad. I know nothing about necklaces and do not want to break it . Not cool

The color was very very faint. You coyldnt even really tell it had any color really . I order 1 for my daughter every year for Christmas and thisbis the first one im dissatisfied with .

A lot smaller than expected. Stone was dull and honestly looks like it wasn't handled with care. Chain looks cheap too. It's fine for myself, but I wouldn't want to gift this to someone older than a teenager.

I've heard great things about Kendra Scott products and finally decided to purchase a few as gifts. I don't know if my expectations were too high because of all of the hype or what, but I found the necklaces to be just mediocre. They look very fake to me.

Very pretty, but it has flaws. There are uneven grooves in the stone that are kind of weird.. It could have been from shipping...

I bought it for my granddaughter for Christmas. These are very popular with teenagers!

It's extremely short. I wish there was more length to it for the price you pay.

Necklace is super cute but asked for gift wrapping and boxes came destroyed, super disappointed as they were gifts for a flower girls for a wedding.

I wore this necklace all the time and I loved it so much! I was so upset when it started tarnishing and leaving my neck green. Bad quality for a $60 necklace.

I ordered the Elisa "GOLD" necklace and it looks like silver more than gold. This is a gift for a friend who I bought the earrings for last year. They we're supposed to match and the necklace looks like silver instead of gold. I'm very disappointed.

Had mine for over 5 months and mine changed colors it don't even look like it used to.

You can see right through the stone and see the backing of holder. I wish stone was not translucent. Online pics didn't reflect this either.

Chain is not the gold color pictured. It looks silver compared to the real gold necklace is have and I was rather disappointed in the color difference.

I have this same necklace in the dark grey drussy and was expecting this one to be the same. While the stone is beautiful, the chain is not the same color yellow as the last, even though they are advertised as so. The chain is more yellow gold and looks cheaper quality.

Check the length of the necklace to see if you need an extender. It is definitely shorter than my other KS necklace. I will be ordering an extender soon.

I think the stone is very P.O. but the necklace once you put an extension on it will not hang straight every time I look in the mirror the pendant is crooked If there is something I can do to prevent it let me know

I received this necklace the first time as a birthday gift. I loved it. It goes with everything. It can be dressed up or down and being an adjustable length, can go with many necklines. I wore it nearly every day. Here is where the problem lies, after about year, the necklace started tarnishing and and then the finish on the clasp even chipped off. I only used my ultrasonic jewelry cleaner or jewelry cleaning cloth on it and am disappointed it didn't wear better than this. I contacted customer service about this, they directed me to return it to the store where it was purchased.......alas as I had received it as a gift, this is not a viable solution. This is why I had to rate it 3 stars. It's a beautiful necklace, but for the Kendra Scott reputation, it should hold up better than this. In the end, I purchased a replacement for myself, but it leaves a bad taste in my mouth about the quality of the Kendra Scott necklaces.

The Elisa necklace is a sweet, short, adjustable necklace with a single stone. I do have trouble latching the necklace closed because the closure mechanism is difficult for my 62 year old fingers to manipulate. I selected the amethyst stone. The purple color of mine is not the deep purple I was hoping but more on the light purple or lavender range. All in all, it is a lovely necklace that would please most any woman of any age.

only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the color is more clear than amethyst. It pretty much has no color to it at all. Translucent. Basically her flesh color is seen thru it rather than a purple color.

The quality is nice but I was disappointed in the color of the stone. Not enough contrast. Could barely tell it was purple.
