I walk every day but have some knee issues. I need a sound, comfortable shoe. It makes all the difference in being able to walk that much and not have injuries.

I've been wearing NB for 10 years in the advice of my podiatrist. I'm a diabetic who also has plantar fasciitis. I didn't expect to find something more comfortable than the NB walkers I have but I was wrong. These are soooo comfortable, they allow my feet to breathe and there's plenty of time room. I can wear them all day without giving me feet a second thought. They're super cute too!

The shoe fit correctly and was comfortable with good arch support.

While expensive it is excellent quality. You get what you pay for!

This is my second pair. I am over 65 yrs, 5'10, 220 lbs, and these shoes are used only for my walking exercise. I walk approximately 26 miles per week (5 day week). My first pair lasted 15 months (well beyond recommended replacement time) on hard (but irregular) street sidewalk surface. The cushioning finally went away, but the shoe sole and upper never broke or tore. This shoe is lightweight and comfortable,, but is very durable. I strongly recommend this shoe for the serious walker.

Where I work we are required to wear black shoes. Because New Balance shoes are the only kind of shoes I wear, I knew they would be great shoes for work. I'm on my feet most of the time, so with the support and cushion of these shoes, I knew they would work well.

Very comfortable.. use for walking can walk a mile the very first day with no worries about discomfort from a new shoe.. I am a women and I get a better fit with mens shoes..

This is a great shoe, particularly because it fits my extremely narrow foot (11 AA) perfectly. I use it for everyday activities around the home (chores, cooking, etc.), and my feet never feel tired. --So much better than wearing slippers or sandals because of the fit and protection for my feet. I have used it for long walks, and it offers perfect support for that exercise activity. Once the Coronavirus problem disappears and my health club re-opens, I will also use it for my everyday workouts there. I own two pairs of this particular shoe (one I have had for about a year). They are very durable and offer the best support for my feet.

Comfortable and supportive. Fits well. My wife and I walk approx 5 miles per day and buy only New Balance sneakers from website.

I pronates, walk on the outside, of my feet and these shoes hep keep my feet centered.

These are the only exercise shoes I buy. A recent online sale had a headline that offered 25% off everything but in the finer print it did not appear so. I called the company number and an associate admitted that it could be confusing and gave me the full discount on an item that was an exception to the sale. I really appreciated his doing this. I have been a customer for 15+ years and these shoes have utterly saved my feet. Thanks!

I bought these for my husband. It's his 4th pair of new balance but first one of this version of walking shoe. He loves them. He has a difficult time with fit (12 AA) and New Balance always fits him. And NB is one of the only companies who makes narrow athletic shoes. Thank you NB!

I use these shoes everyday. I keep one pair at the Day Care where I work, one pair at home, and the oldest pair during my daily walks. They are very comfortable and give great support which my doctor said I need.

Very comfortable for standing on feet for 9 hrs! Have had for over 6 months and still love them! There on sale so I'm buying another pair in the same color grey! Great support!

I try to walk 3 miles a day and have worn out several of these shoes both in black and white and multiple versions. I love the support and the breath ability of this style. Feet never sweat.

I use the shoes for both recreational, school and to church. My only complaint is that my size does not receive the 25% discount.

The shoes are very comfortable. I wish I could have gotten 6E instead of 4E.

I'm older and have problem feet - bunions, hammertoes and flat feet. When the shoes arrived I immediately put them on and have been wearing them everyday. The mesh sides allow a lot of stretch room for my bunions, I ordered a wide width which makes them super comfortable. I ordered black with black soles and can wear them to church with dress slacks...Very good decision!

Bought these for my dad. Within the past year, he rejected 8 pairs of XXW shoes from other companies as they hurt his feet. This pair of New Balance sneakers has a toe box that is wider than most. It's the only pair of shoes that feels comfortable for him. For the first time in ages, he's able to take a walk.

I have worn New Balance 840 series walking shoes for several years; The latest pair is 847v3. They provide good support and aare comfortable from the first time I wore them.
