Wear these every day and h as very ordered a second pair

I've been wearing New Balance for years to walk and for aerobic exercise. This style provides the toe room I need, but seems looser in the heel than previous styles. Not enough of a problem to cause blisters, but laced as tight as is comfortable, my heel still slips a bit. Seems that the whole shoe runs slightly wider than my old ones.

This is my new walking shoe. I was not sure what size to purchase as I haven't had a NB shoe is many years. I have a wide foot so I ordered my size in the W. I also wanted room for my orthotics. There is plenty of room for them in this shoe and they are plenty wide. I am not sure I needed the W however. So far so good. Enjoying them.

I like the fact this is a xxw shoe the only criticism is that the heal area could have stronger support.

Don't let this light weight and breathable shoe fool you! It has great support for my fallen arches and is extra comfortable! The only drawback is that it is NOT American made...it is assembled in the USA, not made in the USA.

I wear this shoe outdoors for exercise walks and leisure walks. I wear it all day indoors because I have a damaged posterior tendon (PTT)in one foot and cannot walk in non-supportive shoes or slippers or barefoot. Pros: -Mix of leather and mesh makes it comfortable in warm weather -Cushioning is good, not too firm, not too soft -Cushioned under forefoot. I have bunions and some shoes have good heels, but little or no forefoot cushioning. This shoe feels good under the entire foot. -Wide high toe box -Roll bar/anti-pronation/stability feature is comfortable; some shoes have so much that they are either too stiff or won't accommodate an orthotic without making it feel like too much anti-pronation. So far, just trying the new shoes on in the house, they feel good without any added orthotics (high praise) -Much better than the 847v1/2 I started with 842s and wore every series through the 846. Loved the fit and support. Hated the 847v1/2. Toe box was too low and narrow. The 847v3 feels more like the 846, which I loved. Cons: -I assumed it would have the SL-2 last, with a wide forefoot and narrow heel, but the heel seems wide. This may be due to the size and width combination I ordered, but I don't think so. When I look at the pictures online and at the shoe itself, the heel seems wider. -Not available in hook and loop. Please add this feature to all your walking shoes. Suggestions/Requests: -Several of your name brand competitors and the largest multi-brand competitor online allow purchasers to wear them outside and return for an exchange. Please do this, especially during these times when we cannot go in to a store, which many of us will not be doing for a very, very long time. -Specify the last design -Specify the shoe drop mm for walking shoes as you do for running shoes. People with bunions often find a higher shoe drop puts too much pressure on the forefoot, especially if adding an orthotic, making it even higher

I had the 847v3 in white and gave it a good long test drive. Once convinced that they were comfortable enough, I decided to get a pair in black to wear in the various dog show venues in which I compete.

Comfortable shoe but the left shoe has a squeak when you walk.

Not sure if they're the correct size post foot surgery. Wore them around the block, seem a bit loose. When stores open back up I will go to the store to compare sizes.

I really like the new balance walking shoe, but with my size (14 AA) I regret the only color was white, any other color doesn't make my feet stand out. Thank you

I wear them almost everyday, walking, driving, and working around the house. They have lots of toe room.

Wore these on one long walk (3.5miles) and was great. On second one however, I got a blister on side of heal that I now have to let heal before putting these shoes back on. Being motion control maybe they are working????

Multi purpose shoe for me. I travel and am gone for a few days at a time and rather then extra shoes I'll run with these.

Walking 3-4 times per week one plus hours and everyday errands. Have great toe width and depth, which I need and is hard to find in other brands. Not quite as comfortable as other New Balance shoes I have had, seem somewhat stiff and the the tongue of the shoes is long. That is not a big problem for me, but for others it might be uncomfortable.

I have bought this product several times and am satisfied. However, you advertised 25% STOREWIDE. I did not receive the discount. As a very loyal customer (over 10 years), I feel that I should bet the discount.

A comfortable fit, would like to see it in brown or tan

I walk. I miss the blue 587's. Best shoe ever. Any way they will come back, or something like them for pronators?

It's my primary walking shoe. I have gone thru several pairs since you went to the AA width. Still checking this pair - so far, so good. When you have a pair in black, i'll order another pair. Thanks for thinking of those of us with skinny feet.

My most recent pair of New Balance 847v3 is one of 3 pairs I rotate daily. I chose the Gray color for a change as my previous 4 pair were white. All 5 pair were size 9 4E. However, this last pair seem quite narrow as compared to previous pairs. Haven't decided yet whether to exchange or not.

they are great walking shoes and I like the colors of my new pair. I have always just bought white.

Loved seeing these in grey, my newest pair. How about off white? The toe box is deep enough for my inserts.

This shoe is comfortable and attractive. Plenty of room in the toe, Previously, I have bought a cross trainer and the toe seems to be narrower than this shoe. For this reason, had I known, I would have bought the shoe a 1/2 size smaller. With so much room in the toe area, my foot slides around a little. I should mention that I wear a 4E shoe, so fitting for the width is usually difficult. NB has not disappointed and done a nice job providing the wider shoe,
