This shoe fits me well and helps me with walking. I can wear this shoe all day with comfort.

I really appreciate that New Balance still makes a variety of sizes, since I wear a women's size 13 narrow (men's 11-1/2 narrow). I wish there were a few more options in my size with the motion control last. The 847, in various iterations, is my daily shoe any time I'm outside. Back in my running days, I wore New Balance shoes, presumably with the same last type, and went through four pairs a year (and a lot of Shoo Goo). Now I get a pair of these annually, and put on the new ones right after the old ones have been to Burning Man. This year, the heel collar has worn out faster than before, so I may have to get new ones every eight months... Keep it up, New Balance!

I bought these for my Dad and he loves them. With the combination of the leather and mesh in all the right places. Plus he said they are comfortable.

True to size, comfortable, and good looking on. Can't go wrong!

Because I have a VERY narrow foot I am VERY fussy about what shoes I purchase. I love the recent pair I purchased. I personally like with back or white shoes and sometimes it is challenging to find something that doesn't look like I have a neon sign on my foot but I can alway find an acceptable shoe with New Balance.

Fits great, its the only tennis shoe that comes in widths, which is what I need.

I've worn New Balance 847 style shoes for a number of years. I walk 2 miles daily , use these for Zumba at the Y and my everyday run around shoes. My orthopedics fit comfortably, and the extra cushion of the shoe helps tired feet. I'm a size 12 which are hard to come by and New Balance offered a comfortable shoe with style. Love the peach, gray tone. The 847 V2 weren't true to size, hurting my toes so I was pleased when Vol 3 returned to true size.

These are probably the most comfortable shoes! True to sIze and they look great!

I love these shoes. I have a narrow foot, and your shoes are the only ones I can find that are well made, designer quality out of high-quality materials, and the right fit. My only regret is that you do not make more styles in a narrow width.

I am 60 years old the joints are wearing out. The cushion and support improves my gait and ability to walk for long periods. Highly recommend.

These are the perfect sneakers for me. I have been wearing this style for many, many years. I have a wide foot, flat footed and arthritis in my feet and with these sneakers I have comfort and wear them all day. I recommend them Highly!!!

The 847V3 womens is good for arch support. I use this sneaker for exercise at my local YMCA. And it is a great walking sneaker. Many podiatrists recommend this sneaker brand New Balance for support and arch support. I would like to see more color combinations available. Like some gold or silver accent. Sneaker looks good with street clothes as well. & for Travel.

Over time I've replaced every brand and style shoe in my closet with New Balance. This newest pair, the gray & peach 847, provides great support and protection for those long dog walks on foot-pounding pavement, a short hike on a Montana trail, or a round of golf. The sole is stiff and doesn't have the flex I prefer for biking, but heck, there are other styles perfect for that! These are now my go-to shoes for any kind of endurance walking or standing.

Runs a little large not much, really enjoy the shoe.

I wear these for just about everything I do. I wear them for daily leisure wear, as well as for work as a library courier which involves handling boxes up to 50 pounds. With this range of activities, I need good footwear, especially since I have a very narrow foot (13AAA/AA dress shoe) that's hard to fit. These shoes provide the support I need, while at the same time providing cushioning to my step. These shoes also breathe quite well, so my feet don't get uncomfortable from heat and sweat, even in the summer. If there's a downside it's the fact that the mesh areas that provide the great ventilation can let water in if I get caught in heavy rain or step in a deep puddle.
