I have owned this product 3 weeks and it has already failed. Went to tie my shoe today and the lace loop broke. My employer requires safety shoes and I now have to find a way to repair or replace the product ASAP or risk missing work due to an equipment failure that could cost me my job for failure to comply.

Purchased 3 pairs at sears, one blue, one all black, and an orange pair in high top style. Best comfort I have felt from a work style shoe. Sad to say the black pair failed me after only 5 months. The rubber sole separated totally in half and the shoe itself still looks brand new. All stitching is still intact and the sole itself still had more life to go. Its not like the glue wore out, the rubber literally cracked in half and the only thing holding the shoe together was the thin layer of material under the cushion. Awesome pair of comefy work boots if you have the cash to spend every 5-6 months to get a new pair before they go to the trash can. I called sears to see if they can send me a new pair, but since I ordered them online there is only a 30 day return policy. Our local sears closed down and if they didn't close down I'm sure they would have let me return them as they would see that they still looked like new. Overall these boots offer great comfort, I'm a diesel mechanic and average about 4-5 miles a day walking in these, bending, squating, kicking tires, and dragging my feet on the ground. At the end of the day for these past 5 months my feet are not sore. I just wish the rubber sole would have held up. I have an awesome shoe that looks new, but cannot wear them anymore due to the rubber that failed. I'm currently wearing my orange ankle high pair now. I pray these don't let me down cause man they feel as awesome as the black low top pair!

They claim free returns but not free for 30 day comfort guarantee. I owned 3 pairs of timberland pro series shoes and they were great. The last pair were not and I had to pay $15 to ship it back. On top of that you have to wait 6-8 weeks for them to send a cheque to you. You would think they would take care of return customers.

I purchased the shoes and I love them. They feel good and have a good fit. The problem that I have is that I have an allergy to chromium and that can be found in the dyes used in shoes and in the process in tanning leather. The Powertrain Sport Alloy toe SD+ work shoe must be loaded with chromium. In turn, I love the shoe, but I can not wear them.

I have this shoe as a regular shoes with strings. I tried the Slip on, and they were slipping off the back of my foot, I gave it 3 days, on 3rd day I felt pain on my right upper area foot, that's it I had to return them. This is my 2nd slip on shoe I am returning (first one was another style, it gave me 2 blisters and my feet were hurting). I ordered my first pair that were awesome again Timberland Pro, Powertrain Alloy Safety toe, ESD. very comfortable shoe, even more comfortable with insoles, like walking in pillows, don't feel the concrete, which is the name of the game.
Buying shoes online isn't fun, can't try on for correct size, etc..but Zappos customer service is great with free returns and ordering or I should say guessing on next pair of shoes to fit and more important feel comfortable!!
I'd also recommend:
Timberland pro powertrain Alloy toe ESD, very comfortable, add insoles walking with no pain

They are very narrow even though it says they are wide. They are narrower than narrow shoes. My toes are killing me.

when i bought the shoes, the only complaint i had were how slippery they were. i was constantly sliding on the concrete floor if i wasn't careful. it's gotten better after a few months wear. however this morning, the whole sole of my shoe just broke in half. yea, i've had them about 4 months now i think, and i walk about 15000 to 20000 steps usually a day at work. i take them off when i get home. they're worn almost solely inside at work on a concrete floor. i've never had a pair of shoes do this before, surprised me. don't know if maybe just 1 in a million thing?

Nice shoe over all but These shoes hurt my feet! There's a couple places in the cushions that put a pressure points on my feet. I gave them 13 days to break in. I'm sending them back.

The shoe it too heavy. I also asked for wide but there is no toe room. By the end of the day, I feel like I am dragging my feet.

Timberland offers a 12-month warranty but that is untrue
I purchased these shoes & within 6 months they were unwearable
They were falling apart
I have purchased several pairs throughout the years
After not being satisfied, I tried Sketchers work shoes
They last longer & are comfortable

These were delivered Thursday, I wore them to work Friday and Monday and they hurt a lot to wear. I was going to make them work with insoles, but Tuesday one of the tabs that holds the laces popped out. They're not stitched in, they're just glued. These shoes cost me 2 days of work and didn't last 3.
They fit really well so I'm very disappointed in how painful they are to wear and how long they lasted.

I bought these sneakers for work hoping that they would replace my Timberland boots. But it's awful, it's just a waste of money!!! After a week the soles inside became wavy it's impossible to walk.

Really disappointed! Paid way too much for a shoe that started out comfortable, then the heel padding just started tearing and foam falling out on BOTH SHOES. These are shoes for walking in a Ford Truck plant. No chemical exposure, just daily moving. After sending in the Warranty Claim with 10+ pictures, they opted NOT to honor a warranty saying it must have been an Accident. How can I even walk after an accident that caused damage to BOTH SHOES? Poor workmanship and even less than zero Customer support. I'm walkting

15 months working and Sole split completely thru across the width. All other brands I have used lasted for years. Wouldn't recommend this type of shoe. The shoe was fine tell then! Should have longer warranty!
