I’m just wondering how long my return will be to process. I work at Amazon, I love the shoes, but they were just too big. I need a half a size small smaller.

The shoes hurt my feet overall.

These felt way to bulky on my feet. I felt like my feet were floating around inside.

The shoe cuts into my outside toes despite being "wide".... Ps look like clown shoes

Worst shoes ever ,do not get them the just look good

Heavy and no good support and also too big wasn’t my shoe size

like stepping into a flat boat.

Feet was burning an hour into the shift

Insole did have on comfort. size seems to run small.

Shoe is heavy. I put cans in my shoes to try to make them looser and it didn’t help. I wear an 11.5 but always order up in composite. To know I ordered bigger and they still didn’t fit is irritating.

These shoes hurt so bad I don’t recommend.

These shoes are narrow and the most uncomfortable shoes I have had J accidentally ordered the wrong style new balance than what I got last year and now I am stuck with a pair of shoes I cannot wear at Amazon all day my feet would be dead. Wry disappointed

I buy a pair of New Balance Sneakers every year at Amazon this year I accidentally ordered the wrong style that the pair I always get and they are horrible. They are narrow and tight and very uncomfortable there is no way I can wear these all day at Amazon.

No support for my feet after an hour my feet start to hurt n I work 10hr shift

I was so excited for this shoe, it didn’t even make it out the house. They were hurting my feet soon as I put them on that morning for work. And I had good inserts from my doctor.. so it was definitely the shoe.

Very heavy and uncomfortable shoes. My feet were throbbing and in so much pain after only 4 hrs of standing.
