Bought these for my husband for work and he loves them. They are lightweight and comfortable for a warehouse job.

14 years as a local delivery big rig trucker jumping from construction to military style boots and nothing has given me the same comfort and durability as the composite 989. Will recommend these to everyone I know. Words cannot describe how excellent these boots are for any time of job.

Have had these about 3 weeks now and I am very pleased with them. They are lightweight and comfy for a safety boot. Have always wore a New Balance brand and these haven't let me down.

My boots are rugged and comfortable, just like sneakers.

So happy to have NB's WIDE SIZES in a leather work boot. Other brands do not offer the 4E wide size that I need.

My husband is a construction worker with hurting feet.. I bought these boots for him and he's smiling instead of frowning... he's says they're wonderful and will buy again

I'm a logger so good boots are important. These new balance boots are as comfortable as my my new balance shoes and rugged as can be. Very happy with these. Will be ordering more when these wear out.

Very happy with size, weight, fit and comfort of 989's. Website is excellent. Never been disappointed by NB's. Been a customer for many years.

Great work boots, hard to find lightweight work boots in sz18 but this are great.

Fits great, comfortable and has all the safety features.

Comfortable boot that I'm looking forward to wearing, as I am on my feet all day. From what I have seen this is the only safety toe boot that New Balance makes. That only gives them one shot and I think they have a winner here.

These are perfect for work great support and comfortable. I would buy them again. A little pricy but worth it.

My son has very long and wide feet. New Balance is the shoe brand we buy the most for him. We panicked upon finding that my son needed workboots for the job. His New Balance boots look and fit great!

New Balance has always been my go-to shoe but normal size was short in length, good in with width.

I'm an electrician, I've tried several brands over 30 years, this one is good for concrete floors and walking around the jobsite. Impressively it's good on ladder work also. I just ordered a new pair because these run narrow and I wear orthotics so I need a wider boot.

Very supportive and comfortable. The added ankle support is very nice. They do appear to run narrower then normal. I bought a wide and it's still tight

I'm using my New NB working shoes for my job and I'm happy with them. The show fits great and it the hard top and general design of the shoes keep me safe. I had ankle surgery and my NB shoes have protected me and given support to my feet at all times. The only aspect I don't like much is that my feet get soar at the end of the working shift because of the hardness of the shoes on my toes. I have tried different socks and have not been able to solve the issue.

Just bought a set of these to replace the non existent arch support clogs I was wearing. Wore them to work today and can visibly see my foot sliding out from under me while simply standing. Outside on damp surfaces no issues. But on a Kitchen floor? No bueno guys. Otherwise the boots feel gre on my feet

I have worn NB's for awhile now. These safety shoes are great, still breaking these in though but I can already tell the difference from my boots!! Thank you NB for making them!!

So far they are what I needed. The tops are stiff for my ankles but should soften up in time. They fit like my other New Balance shoes, that is why I have been buying New Balance shoes for the last 15 years

My husband loves these work shoes. We ordered extra wide and they are perfect!
