These are super cute. The pictures don't due them justice for the pearlized side bottoms. But the sole is very thin. The wide width is the same as nike's normal width which was disappointing. These are more for being cute than actual use for the gym, walking, running

So I bought these shoes because all the reviews said how comfy they are and I was looking for a comfy shoe for work. I'm a nurse and I do 12 hour shifts minimum, these are not the shoes for me. About half way through my shift my feet are hurting. I can't write about them for working out as I have only used them for work but I'm disappointed. It seems they are more for style than actual long term comfort.

Just ordered and received these shoes in size 11 and size 12. Love the look and feel! BUT the 11 is a little snug and the 12 is way too big. So disappointed! Every other size offers a half size as well. Why no 11.5?

Felt cheaply made, and the white part was shiny which I didn’t realize and didn’t like.

Nice looking shoe but not enough support for myself, need more arch and support.

I liked the look and they felt lightweight and true to size, but I overpronate and found these not at all supportive. Even with prescription orthotics, my feet were rolling inward dramatically.

LOVE the look of these shoes. They are super lightweight, which I was looking for, but without any cushioning and no arch support. Within minutes of putting them on and even after adjusting the laces, the top of the shoe with the “N” logo was pinching my feet. Returned these.

The shoes were cute but they didn't fit well. This NB size 6.5 is actually European size 37. It was too small and that made it seem more narrow, too.

I wear 9-9.5 in sneakers and got these in 9 medium. They felt a bit large so I was glad I did not get a larger size. Neutral arch as labeled. The cushioning was thinner than I wanted, even after I added my shoe inserts. I ended up returning these.

I wore these will sightseeing (lots of walking) in NYC afterwards my feet were in so much pain. These shoes have zero support and should not be worn if you’re going to be doing a lot walking. They look cute and that is all, they are not functional.

I ordered the shoes in a wide to provide extra room. It is still tight (and my feet aren't that wide). There is no arch support and the soles are not soft and cushy like expected. I'm not impressed. I should have tried them on in a store instead of buying online.

Very cute but not functional at all. I was deceived by the cuteness. Those shoes have no arch support whatsoever, and he "foam" cushy insert is really sub par. I will wear those on weekends to run errands but that's about it.
They would be awful for running or cross training.
I usually love New Balance but these were way off.

Super cute, loved the look, but these were not as comfortable as advertised. Maybe okay for running errands, but for sure not a shoe for long walks or workouts. As much as I loved the look, these were returned right away.

I bought these shoes a few days ago because my other tennis shoes were getting too small. I liked them and thought that they were cute, so I tried them on and ended up buying them. (I bought these shoes through a different store) I walked around in these in my house, and they seemed to hurt my ankles a little bit but I thought that they might feel weird because my other shoes were a different brand. I wore these for two days but then switched back to my other shoes because they hurt my feet so badly. These made my feet feel sore and painful on the outsides of my feet and around both ankles. I play basketball and many other sports, but these hurt just running. In my other tennis shoes (that are too small for me) I would usually be one of the first done with my sprints during practice. After wearing these, I was so much slower because of how painful my feet became. I do not think that I can return these because the brand and design on the insoles is visibly rubbing off, even after wearing them for two days. This is my first time buying new balance shoes and I am disappointed because the shoes looked very cute. In my past 2 pairs of tennis shoes, I have rubbed holes in the side of the shoes where my pinky toe is, and the shoes were still very comfortable. I am sad to say this, but I do not recommend buying these.

THese shoes are awful. The toe box is tight, the cushioning is lacking and the tread is nearly nonexistent. I've bought Fresh Foam Vongos and those are much better. these shoes are awful and I wish I never bought them. I wish I could return them but I wore them outside to test them. Will never buy again.

My daughter just got measured and now wears a 6.5 WW in New Balance sneakers. I bought this in the 6.5 W (single wide) and it just doesn't fit. She had on one of these and one of her current NB sneakers and it was really obvious that she needs the WW (double wide). The style is cute and the purple color was awesome. Wish we could have these in the WW width.

It's been several years since I last bought NB shoes, but I was very disappointed to find that the quality has gone downhill. These had zero arch support, which i don't usually even care about, and they felt cheap like generic sneakers. Obviously returning and will have to find a new brand for my fitness needs.

Do not buy these shoes. I ordered 7 wide and the left shoe was NOT wide. It felt like a whole size smaller than the right foot even though it said it was a 7 D wide. I put them on and just sat at my computer doing work and my left foot hurt so bad I had to take them off and return. They also look cheap.

Nice looking shoes and very lightweight. There is no cushioning inside the shoe on the sole. Very uncomfortable. Returned them.

The upper portion of the shoes where the top of the laces go fell apart after 2 months. I can now see the foam insides because the fabric upper has completely fallen apart.

So sad -- but wearing these for 2 hours made my feet ache! Not sure why as New Balance is my GO TO shoe...but these did not work at all. Very cute but not worth the pain

Very uncomfortable for walking. I am very disappointed. I think I'll resort to buying a pair of good ol' Nikes.

The pair I received were defective. The right shoe was missing a lace hole, and the tongue was noticeably too short. Even had the shoes not been defective, I am not certain I would have kept them. They have no structure, very little padding, and almost no arch support. I didn't realize that New Balance made such cheap shoes.
