The shoes are lightweight and I like that, but they are very stiff. The heel of the shoe is hard to get on and can rub on my heel, if I don't position it correctly. Otherwise, I like the shoes. Perhaps they just need to be broken in a little more.

its a good shoe to do cardio based wods in but for like barbell based wods I found that they're a bit too bouncy for my taste. I recommend you purchase half a size smaller as they do run a bit large.

Love the look of them. Not as snug as nanos but are a good crossfit shoe.

These are comfortable, light, and keep me on my heels which is an issue for me with some shoes. They are very similar to my nano 5s which I loved with the exception of the fact that they did not hold up very well since they were so light and thin. I am hoping these last longer, but I got a great deal on them so I am overall very happy. My reasoning for the size is that they are very spacious in the toe. If you have the chance to try them on first you may find a half size down works.

Very comfortable just be aware of the sizing. The width is fine (well at least for me it was).

I am really happy with them, I got a half size down from what I usually wear and they fit perfect. The grip is really good as well.

I bought this trainers about 5 months ago now so I experienced different grounds. For rubber floors - such as in the cross fit boxes they are ok. Because I do also HIIT training and the floor at the gym is wooden the shoes sole isn't great. Very slippery when the floor get some sweat spills, it literally stops me doing any kind of movements. Feels like on the oc Ice. Otherwise cushioning could be better, but still comfy, nice design, bit wider but I like more space in shoe.

Stylish, Super flexible, and comfortable! Runs true to size, but not so great for heavy lifting

Great shoe and very comfortable. Took a bit to break in and after about 4 months it is time for a new pair. I was able to do both lifting and cardio in these shoes with no problem.

Comfortable shoe. Good cushioning at the heel which gives extra support for boxjumps,running etc.

Lovely trainers, nice to run in and comfy all round. I ordered a half size bigger then my normal shoe size (which i always do with training/running shoes) and they are pretty roomy so may be best to stay with your actual size.

Light weight, very comfortable and the size fits me perfectly. They are tight around the ankle which is great. They look great too.

These are by far the most comfortable crossfit shoes I have owned. They feel lightweight, but sturdy. My feet and ankles feel supported and stabilized during jumps and lifts. I rated 4 stars for 2 reasons...1. The material covering the toe edge is thin so toes to bar can hurt if you hit the bar too hard...2. The soles sometimes slide a little on the floor (think reverse inchworms). I don't know how well they grip rope because I haven't done any rope climbs in them yet. That being said I LOVE these shoes. I only mention those cons because I hope Reebok continues to make the Grace and those are improvements I would suggest. I have had them for 2 months now and they are exclusively what I wear for all my crossfit wods.

great shoe... not the most durable. great for MOST of crossfit. my only problem was with the prowler. we do our weight sleds out side on the concrete. so when i attempted a heavy PR, the bottom grippy part of the shoe shredded right off... on both shoes... on my first run. they were only a month old. guess i just wear my old metcons on prowler days. other than that issue, great shoe.

Loved these shoes,great for lifting and running, light weight and upper comfortable however on my first workout with rope climbs the bottom rubber began to separate from the shoe itself.

Most comfortable shoe since the Nano 2.0, great for running (shorter distances), jumping and general WODs.

The first time I wore them I got blisters on my heels. I stopped putting the laces through the last hole and haven't had that problem again. Lightweight, comfortable and so cute!

Nice shoes and comfortable for me. I found they were true to size and fit well but they are wide shoes so bear that in mind if you have narrow feet. The insoles are pretty thin which I found didn't give much support but I replaced them and they're perfect. The shoes look very stylish but I personally wouldn't use them for running, given the lack of support. Perfect for gym though. Note: get creative with your lacing techniques as the laces are super long! Easy fix though.

These trainers are stylish and an excellent fit. My only issue is that I've found they run at my heels a bit, but I'm hoping that will stop the more I wear them (otherwise I will just wear blister plasters, heel grips, and/or longer socks). I wear this at the gym, where I do a lot of cardio HIIT, and the tiniest amount of lifting, and have found them comfortable and supportive throughout my workouts! I'm a size 6 (UK) with wide feet and they fit perfectly.

Great supportive trainer - ideal for crossfit. Looks great too. BUT comes up about half a size too large.
