While these gloves are described as "five-finger" touch screen capability, only two finders per hand activate a touch screen. Additionally, they're tighter than most similarly sized gloves in the palm (I purchased a medium).

E-tip feature worked for the initial week of commuting, then stopped and hasn't worked since. I'm not sure how this is possible. Nothing happened to the gloves that could have compromised them.

I love this glove, even I have hard thoughts to return them, but only after 5 days of use the cuff start to rip due to a poor/weak stitching, really hard to say goodbye to this pair but beside the poor quality cuff stitch they are not so good in keep the cold away. If they fixed I thing with a 1 piece glove instead of the cuff part attached I'll buy them again

Great look and style but really disappointed in the warmth. There is next to no warmth to these gloves so do not buy if you are looking for even the slightest insulation. I will hopefully be returning.

These gloves are well made and I really like the style. From the description it sounds like they check all the boxes. Unfortunately, they just aren't warm in even mildly cool temperatures.

I wore them once and they are currently being shipped back. Do not buy these gloves if you're interested in having gloves that provide any amount of warmth. Seriously, it was in the 40s outside and my hands were quite cold wearing these. They do NOT provide ANY warmth, at all.

Too big. Would like to exchange but the company doesn't do that. Aggravating and a lot of extra work.

These were such a disappointment. For the price paid, I expected my hands to be kept warm, and to be able to respond to texts/emails but they did neither. They do look nice, but are pointless to wear in chilly/cold weather.

I got the xs gloves for a snug fit, the advertised UR five-finger touchscreen capability is not true, only the index finger work well, the one thumb works a little bit and only at specific angle to the screen, the rest of the fingers don't work at all.
these gloves will keep your hands kind of warm at 0-5 degree celsius out depending on how warm your hands are to begin with.

These are really uncomfortable. They actually hurt my fingers after only a dozen minutes. It's really seems like the sewing is not good, it's not because of the fit.
Also, my fingers are freezing even when it's above zero. And these gloves are supposed to be "warmer", but are colder than any other gloves I have.
Even the etip doesn't work well for tapping, only for swiping.

I had these gloves for about half a winter, Dec to Feb, and they ripped between the index finger and the thumb. I sent them back to North Face's warranty department on 11/27/19 and heard back from them 1/22/20. They told me they were irreparable and sent me an e gift card, which I never received. The only reason I'll buy another pair is because they gave me a gift card.

So I got these for PA winter's a few years ago. Says waterproof. They aren't. Upper 20's outside and snowing and my hands almost froze off. I was shoving snow. They were soaked within 10 minutes and it wasn't that cold outside. It's about the name. Don't waste the money. First North Face item I ever got and I'm not impressed. The search continues for gloves I can wear while skiing, shoving snow and not have soaked hands. I wasn't ice fishing and dipping my hands in water. Crazy for the cost of these

Wore these while standing outside for less than 10 minutes and I might as well not have been wearing any gloves. Not worth the price.

The fingertips started wearing off immediately. They're uncomfortable. They also didn't keep my hands warm when it was 50 degrees. These are useless.

These gloves are not warm. They seem to not keep my hands much warmer than not wearing gloves at all. The stitching inside the gloves is uncomfortable. I was hoping they would soften up over time. They haven't.

I'm now on my second pair of these gloves in two months and for the second time the touchscreen function has stopped working - my iPhone screen does not respond to the "etip" fingertips at all. When this happened the first time I assumed I'd gotten a bad pair and brought them back to the store for a replacement. Now that the second pair has failed this must be a design issue. I have not washed or otherwise misused them - they've either been on my hands or in my jacket pockets the whole time. The whole reason I bought these (fairly expensive) gloves was to be able to have some limited use of my phone without taking off my gloves in the winter, and these have utterly fallen short. I generally consider TNF products to be high quality if somewhat expensive, but If you want gloves with touchscreen functionality, DO NOT BUY THESE!

I purchased this product and used it twice for short periods of time in a non outdoors recreational environment (out and about on walks in NYC to keep my hands warm). After the first use I noticed the stitching of the leather parts onto the fabric of the glove were ripping. By the second day, the stitching was ripping more and the leather part was coming off. Another issue was the finger tips were getting discolored and worn out and that with very minimal use out on a walk in the city not at an outdoor activity. I love North Face products and have a lot of really great products but sadly this particular product is not up to par with the brand. Save your money and purchase another style of glove.
