A very solid shoe and helps keep your form. The soles are sold and don't compress when lifting heavy.

I bought this shoe to get a minimal heel lift workout shoe. The size was fairly spot on, if anything it's a hair bigger than other brands. I have a narrow foot, but these shoes work well. The shoe provides a good solid base while lifting and enough cushion to do short runs/sprints, but I would not recommend any distance running with them. This is my first pair of Reebok shoes and I'm impressed. I've been using the for a month and so far they are holding up well.

Great for all types of training, from deadlifts to sprints and everything in between, these are now my go to shoe to use.

If you do a lot of mid distance runs in conditioning WODs with heavier lifting and double unders, this is the shoe for you.

Was between this and the Nano 8s. After doing some research online I ended up going with the Speed TRs and I have very happy I did! Love these shoes. Just be sure to go a size smaller

Excellent lightweight training shoe. Handles heavy Olympic lifts fine and plenty of comfort for running and jumping.

Firm but comfortable sole. Hugs the foot slightly more than Inov8s. Light weight and comfortable for all day wear.

All around great shoe for crossfit. Enough flexibility rmto run in and heal is ridgid to stay flat on heavy lifts.

So far so good, I've been using these sneakers for about 3 weeks. I do a lot of heavy lifting, and cardio. I haven't seen one tear or any damage to the shoes.
