I'll start with the caveat that I've only had the shoes for a few weeks. They are very light and breath well plus the tread is very responsive. The heel cup is tough and somewhat high so if you are used to no-show socks you may get some chaffing. I haven't noticed any seams pulling away and they been through a lot of burpees and box jumps so far.

always buy reebok, they fit well and are great value

Great crossfit shoe. The speed is very well made for all different workouts. Everything from rope climbs, to Olympic lifting to running. Fits great and is very comfortable

Absolutely my favorite Reebok shoe I own. The fit is perfect and the shoe is breathable and light; perfect for both short or intense workouts. Love, love, love the color.

Light weight, and comfortable. Great for a WOD or Hitt.

So comfortable and great for gym. They are very ligth and flexible also they have a good ankle support.

Great for my CrossFit workouts! It provides stability for weight lifting, and is fine for short runs. The only time I don't wear it to CrossFit is if we have long runs, when I wear running shoes instead.

The shoe is great for functional movements and moderate cardio activity!

The shoe looks good and performs well. Took less than a day to break in, and offers enough stability to lift weights or go for a run. The laces run a little long, so I have to double knot em', but otherwise I don't really have any complaints. It's only been two weeks so can't comment on how they hold up - will update some time down the line.

Vibrant colour and a nice style. Good fit. I have broad feet and they feel comfortable. Ideal for gym.

Cannot recommend this trainer enough. The fit has been perfect for me. (Bought a half size smaller than usual after following so advise). They are light weight but still very supportive and provide a great all round lifting platform.

Once I started with the original speed TR I was hooked, this version is even better, more stable, very light, made double unders much easier with as crazy as it sounds, bought some nano 7 and they don't even compare

Fitted well, pleased with the performance. Coming from basic running shoes 3 things stood out when at the box. During back squats the foot seemed more planted and secure. Similarly on the rowing machine the feeling of heel connection at the catch was much better than before. With burpees the toe grip left the feet very much planted, even with a couple of different surfaces. Overall a great value Crossfit shoe.

Great quality shoe that's well rounded for all types of movements

Great for lifting since there is very little padding if any in the sole, I think i clean about 5-10 lbs than I can in socks but they are my goto gym shoes now for everything but leg day.

Great shoe may need more support for the gym though

Very comfortable, all around training shoe. I like how light and flexible they are while still being sturdy enough to lift heavy in.
