The boots themselves were in perfect condition. Shipping was an issue. I got the emails and updates and was notified when my package was "delivered" but nothing ever arrived. I contacted Customer Service and they sent a replacement. Got that one just fine although it was after Xmas. Hopefully it doesn't happen on my next purchase:)

My Husband loves the Boots, he has several pairs but needed a new pair.

I bought the White Ledge hiking boot two weeks ago and liked it so much I bought the Classic boot. My hiking boot was 9M but I got the 6 inch classic in 8-1/2 M, and they both fit great. I normally wear a 9M. Both are very comfortable. I wish I had known years ago how well-made and comfortable Timberlands are!

The boots are great but appear to run 1/2 size bigger, so I would recommend buying the boot 1/2 size smaller. The delivery and shipping were as promised.

I gave these to my 23 year old son for Christmas. He loves them, very comfortable and uses them everyday for casual wear. Highly recommend.
