I've been running in the 1260s since the v4, and this is by far my favorite version. This is my third pair so far. I tried going to the Rubix version (supposed to be the new 1260), but found it uncomfortable and didnt seem to provide the same level cushion over longer distances. Luckily, NB still has some of these in stock in my size. I need to probably buy several more pairs to last me, until I'm forced to find a new favorite.

The entire 1260 series is a winner. I am a long distance runner who averages over 450 miles before the shoe is worn out.

Love these shoes. Comfortable and ready to go right out of the box. I will buy these over and over. Great shoe!

I've had several pairs of these. It's a good shoe. A little heavy and could use a bit more cushion.

This is my second pair of the 1260 (V6 and now V7). I've been in the gym and running for about 30 years and this has been my favorite shoe. I have mild overpronation and it helps that as well. Really happy.

Attractive and fit well, my brother was pleased with them.

I bought this shoe to compensate for my overpronation. Its been a good fit for me. Shoe is also incredibly comfortable.

Walking shoe use. I'm a measured 9.5 D, but ordered a size 10 and they fit perfectly with a regular short ankle cotton sock.

I love the 1260 shoe and deeply regret that NB has discontinued it. I have tried the Rubix and Won't buy another pair. The shoe doesn't come in AA therefore it just doesn't fit. I feel like my foot is slipping out if I get my usual size 91/2 AA or if I go with a 9 it feels uncomfortable. Please reconsider the 1260. I have bought 5 pair and don't know what I will do when these wear out.

Sturdy construction and fit/feel that lasts long after recommended replacement. The Model 1260 is a bargain at current price---heard from New Balance that the 1260 may be discontinued: too bad----the only "bad" was the usual high price----time to stock up on remainders ? !

bought this for my son who requires wide width shoes. his orthotics fit inside after taking out the removable footbed. nice color combo on shoe and sole. he likes the shoes...that is the tipping point !!

keeps your foot in place, very sturdy, great cushioning. I use these shoes for my morning run in New York. Love them.

This is an excellent support shoe. I use the shoe for both road and trail running, and it works well for both. My only concern is that I believe New Balance is discontinuing this shoe.

I'm a loyal and returning New Balance customer, due equally to the high quality and fit of the shoes as well as the wonderful customer experience I always have whenever making purchases at my local NB store. Bought the 1260v7's this time around in prep for a vacation so that I could continue my morning runs while there, and because it was time to get a new pair. I'm a true men's size 11M, which makes it easy to select, try on, and purchase at my local NB store because no matter what style I choose or what they may have in stock, I know that they will always fit. I also love the fact that these shoes breathe and, in combination with moisture-wicking socks, keep my feet very cool and dry while running/exercising. Fresh Foam also seems to help with impact absorption, which is important at my age. Went for several walks and runs while on our trip, and loved the shoes!
