Customer Reviews New Balance Rush V3

Shoes are good looking, light weight and comfortable, once I reordered a half size larger than I normally wear. When I pulled them out of the box, they even looked small, like a size 8. I'm an average size 9 and that has never varied, until now. Even ordering a half size larger, they still look small and cute and fortunately this time they fit. But this is more a story about how outstanding the customer service is at Zappos. They are renown for this and yesterday I got to experience it for myself. With the knowledge that I was returning the shoes that didn't fit, the CS rep placed a new order for the larger size, created a credit to pay for the shoes (even though they had not yet received my return) and had the shoes delivered the next day! Thank you Zappos!

First off, I love Zappos! Thank you for letting me try so many shoes before finding the right one. I have flat wide feet. Finally ordered this pair in size 11 and the other reviews were right...too small. Was disappointed that they didn’t come in 11 1/2 but ordered a 12 anyways. They fit fine and are very comfortable. Thanks again Zappos. ??

Unfortunately the V3s don't feel nearly as cushioned/ bouncy as the V2 pair i had before (and also seem to run .5size smaller) - returning. I hope the next "Rush" model is better!

They are quite comfortable, especially for the price.

Runs very small. The wide fit like a normal width.

These are very comfortable. They fit a little snug in the toe probably due to the band. Exchanging for a half size up.

The shoe is too short at ankle for me to use inserts. Going back. And the pink is very NEON.

They run very small and very narrow. I love New Balance shoes, just not these.

Sadly, I sent these back. First of all, the "vivid coral" was much more of a "neon punch." I could have lived with that if they were perfect in every other way, but they run small, so size up at least by 1/2... And, I didn't feel much padding in the toe bed... And although they are noted for "neutral" runners, I felt as though my inner heels were being tipped inward by the shoe, and I don't need knee problems down the road! I'm sticking with Asics, I think. Thanks for letting me check them out, Zappos!

Color is great. They run at least a half size too small. Very tight across the top of the foot. I do wear custom orthotics so I thought that was the problem. Pulled out the insole that comes with the shoe, but they were still too tight. I do not have a high arch, quite the opposite, so I was surprised by how snug they were across the top. The sole felt very comfortable.

I've always worn a size 9D NB, but had to send these back because they felt nearly a whole size smaller, and not wide enough. Aside from that, the cushioning felt good.

Bought these in a different color in a 10.5 Wide and sent them back because they were too small and narrow. When I bought this color I got a 11 Wide and still had the same problem, so they are also being returned. I have been purchasing New Balance shoes for years and this is the first style of shoe that I have had this problem with. Now I'm almost afraid to try any new New Balance shoes, but thankfully Zappos has an amazing return policy.

I love New Balance and think these shoes are so cute, but even though they say they are my size and wide width like my other pair of NB, they are at least a size smaller. I was bummed!

This is was not the Vazee Rush I was expecting. Completely different feel from the ones I have purchased before from New Balance. They were much stiffer and not comfortable for my feet.

Poor quality for New Balance. The fabric is scratchy and they run quite narrow.

Small, small, small!!! I have been buying New Balance for years and have never tried on such a small shoe! Returning and trying something else...

I am confused why a size 9 and a 9.5 fit the same! Back they go.

Way too small even when I sized up AND got a W width. Pity.

What is going on with New Balance's sizing? I ordered this shoe for my daughter. She is size 11W. She couldnt get it on her feet. I'm a 9 1/2 wide and I could barely get it on my feet. These will have to go back.

I wanted these shoes. I LOVE the turquoise color (the "Pisces"). I wear New Balance regularly, but the 680v3 and v4 series. Since I could no longer get those, I tried these. Well, they are VERY small. A full size smaller I'd say, and when I already wear an 11 wide, hey now... They are a very light shoe. No weight at all. And the bottom of the foot bed is hard. I don't think there would have been room for an orthotic insert placement either, given that I felt I was pushing against the top of the shoe as it was. Darn, because seriously- I really loved the color!
