This is my first pair of Danskos. I chose it for the moderate "rocker" style as I have a big toe that doesn't bend and I need to shoe to do the "push up" that my toe can't. My recommended size was 39 (8.5-9 American) and I find it a little roomy. This is fine as I swapped out the sock liner for a custom orthotic that is working well. My go-to shoe for many years was Merrill's Mocs, but they have gotten so unreliable sizewise, I felt I had to move on. This is a stiffer shoe though not an actual clog. The stiffness will take some getting used to and I may need to get a dr. scholls or something else to take up some of the extra room; however, I don't think I could go another size down.

This shoe fit true to size and width. Not much give to them initially, but I’m hoping that will improve with time. They are ver, very comfortable and I feel secure walking in them when I’m in inclement weather. I would highly recommend these shoes

I wanted to love these shoes. They are really cute and not as high as regular Dansko clogs so you don't have to worry about turning your ankle while wearing them. I am a size 8.5. In other Dansko shoes that I have I take a 39 and they fit fine. These did not. For one thing the arch support in the footbed was too far back and hurt my foot. For another there is a raised pad where the heel of your foot sits in the back of the shoe and for me this caused a lot of pain. I tried wearing them off and on for a couple of days but gave up. If you have your own orthotics they may work fine for you but for me I had to return them. Back to Mary Janes. Drat!

Second pair, that's how much I like them! Wearable for long periods despite plantar fasciitis.

Love these shoes. I work on a large campus and these shoes have been great for all the daily walking I do.

Very comfortable and lighter than it looks. I have had foot surgery so need a thinner sock than I hoped as these are definitely outdoorsy, but my feet don't get cold as I thought they might with thin socks. Win-win! Really like Dansko arch support and these don't disappoint.

At first I thought these were the worlds most comfortable shoes - until I got two blisters on the back of both heels just below the ankle. What gives Dansko? Doesn’t anybody test these shoes? I am not sure if the blisters are from the seam at the back of the shoe (which is not smooth or covered) or from the little attachment sewn onto the back of the shoe. And what is the little attachment for? It does not have any purpose that I can see other than possibly rubbing on the foot.

These are now my most comfortable daily walk around shoes. Typically I wear a 9-9.5 in Dansko and was able to wear the 8.5-9 size. Excellent support and fairly nice looking for such a supportive shoe. That's is also waterproof is a bonus. So glad I purchased these. in the black

I’m usually an 8 or 8.5. I felt like the 38s were a touch too small, while I slipped out of the heel in the 39s. I suppose it would also depend on what socks you wear, if any. It’s a comfortable shoe (lighter weight and “squishier” than the standard Dansko clogs) but for the price I’d like a better fit.

My third pair of this style! No breaking in period. Great support and comfort.

Typical Dansko quality, comfortable right out of the box, good arch support. I wanted a closed back shoe with a lower heel than my previous clog purchases, and these fit the bill. I would buy these again and recommend to others.

More elegant than you would think from the photos -- kind of tidy looking. Definitely a bit prettier than a Merrell of the same style, for example. Not much arch support. Slightly short -- try a half size larger than you usually wear as well as your regular size. Not as much of a rocker sole as I had hoped -- my toes still had to bend, so doesn't work for my hallux rigidus.

Im pretty true size 8.5-9 and this is definitely a size bigger. Very comfy but was too big. Re-ordered.

Overall a very nice looking shoe but seemed too loose in heel area. Thinking that while many Danskos provide great support and have been my "go-to" shoe for comfort and support, that this style is just not for me.

The arch support wasn’t quite enough for me to wear all day, so I used my small narrow Vionic soft inner soles. Now they’re perfect.! Warm and comfy to wear all day.

I usually wear a size 8 but ordered a 1/2 size up to 8.5 which was a wise choice but had some slippage in the heal. In my opinion, The shoe will not fit someone with a high instep. There is no cushioning inside and so disappointed they don’t fit properly—loved the style!

As a new convert to Dansko, and soooo happy with my recently purchased Paisley, I'm looking to replace an old Merrill jungle moc, and thought the Patti would be perfect. The Vibram sole and lower heel than other Dansko styles attracted me, but alas, support almost non-existent, and the toe box is not as ample as in the Paisley. Disappointed!

Returned. To big of a gap over upper arch, which would allow water to come in.

I LOVE these shoes. I just received them yesterday and wore to work today and they are soooooo comfy! Due to arthritis and having had 2 knee replacements, unfortunately the Dansko hard rocker-bottom clogs increase my pain. These shoes are the alternative and very comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I ordered my usual Dansko size 41 in the Patti. They were very cute but I had a very difficult time getting them on. Once on they were comfortable and fit well but they were not the "easy-slip on style" for my feet. The tab at the heel was too small to get a good grip to be helpful in getting the shoe on. The side gores just did not do their job for me. Sadly they went back.

I love Danskos, but their clogs are too heavy for me. This shoe is perfect! Lighter weight. More comfortable. More support. They were tight at first, but began stretching out from the moment I put them on. Just wish they weren't so expensive! I bought the size I normally wear. I'm a size 9 and bought size 39.

This shoe would probably be great for most people. It is cute and very comfortable. Unfortunately I have arthritis in both of my big toes, and the shoe bends in the forefoot exactly at the spot which causes me pain. If you don't have that issue, then these shoes would be great.

have owned several other styles of danskos and these are my new favorites. Very comfortable. Have worn last three 12 hour emergency shifts in a row and no foot or back pain. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful! I love Dansko and these did not disappoint. They are supportive and roomy. I bought my usual size. I have an average-volume foot and had no issues getting my foot in or out despite the lack of laces. No blisters, no break in period, can wear with or without socks. They are water-resistant and durable. The only possible drawback is that they can make your feet hot in warmer weather.
