The quality as always was excellent but the item didnt match the picture. The front flap was floppy and the shoe was too pointy for my taste

Runs small. I don't like the style.

I love the way the boots look but it just didn't fit right on me. My heels slip out when I walk. I even exchanged it for a smaller size but it still feels that way. Had to return it.

I've been a Satisfied UGG customer for years. Not today. I'm a big boot girl. I am 5'9 slender and have size 11 shoe. And that's why i love UGG's. My feet love them an so do I! My feet are very narrow. These boots are cute, but very snug at the toe. And the flaps are TOO FLAPPY! From judging from the pics, they seem like they can either fold or stay up firmly. NOT the boots I got. They look better with the flaps down. Showing the pretty soft fluffty linning . But I also like the Option. That's why I Bought them. The boots flaps were to slouchy, un-even sloppy look. BUT if that's the look you want. These are for you! Not for me. So Sad, To Bad :O(::: i returned them. Bohooo!!

Look nice online. They are a size too small and the upper leather is so floppy it falls down, not like the picture online. This was my 6th pair of ugg boots and never had a size problem before. I returned them. Not what I expected at all.
