THEY ARE REALLY CUTE BUT UNDER THE STRAP WHERE THE V STARTS HURTS THE TOP OF YOUR FEET. I DID NOT ORDER A SIZE UP BECAUSE I AM A TRUE 8. I CUT THE V A BIT MORE SO THEY FIT BETTER AND ONE WOULD NEVER KNOW.

I love the style of this shoe, and I so wanted to keep it, but it slips out the heel every time I walk, no matter how much I down size! I started with an 8.5 after reading reviews it ran small, but I went all the down to a 7.5 and I still had the problem with my heel coming out with each step, probably because there is nothing in the front to keep your foot in place when you step. I couldn't go smaller because then the toe wouldn't fit. I love the look of this shoe (chestnut color is beautiful), and it looks very well made and chic, but very impractical for me. And I can't even return it because I bought it at such a discounted price.

I love the style but they are just too narrow. I'm so disappointed.

Boot looked cute online, but very uncomfortable. Fit was stiff, no flexibility and actually hurt heel and toes. This one got returned!

I loved the way these boots looked, but I couldn't wear them -5 minutes without them causing a painful rub on the top of my 3rd-5 toes. I could also feel my pinky toe being squeezed. I own 5 other varieties of ugg shoes and these were the first that were uncomfortable. Sadly they are going back. I also felt the suede was very stiff and scratchy. Not anything like the quality I have purchased before from Ugg.
