I have wide feet and a bunion on my right foot so finding enough room in the toe box is really important. I love the look of these shoes and I sized up from my 7.5 to the 8 which felt better than the 7. They still need to be broken in but I love these because I can still be cool at 60 without wearing orthotics.

Love these shoes. They feel great and can be dressy or casual. I didn't need to break them in, which is unusual for Doc Martens.

Love these for knock around shoes. I wear an 8.5 and the 8 works even with thick socks. I have wide feet and these work with just the normal need for a bit of stretching for bunions.

I was searching for a shoe that had a large toe box and this one did. I am wearing them with gel liners which makes them fit better for me. I am a size 9.5 so these were larger than I usually wear, but with the adjustable strap and the liners they feel very good.

LOVE THESE DOC MARTENS! So happy, to again own pair of Doc Martens shoes. Love the Feminine Style Mary Janes! So comfortable, stylish, sturdy, well built, plenty of toe room, toes are not squished at all. Wear Womens Size 9/Standard Width, They Fit perfectly. Wore Doc Martens Standard Buckle Oxford many years ago. These are well worth the cost/investment. Perfect for work ( even if you are on your feet ), great to wear for casual evenings out.

I love Doc Martens and own several of their boots and have for many years, and I was so tempted by these, but they are just a bit too 'plain Jane'. I thought they would be good without the yellow stitching- especially for work, but they really do need something else. I decided they were just a little too boring. They also rubbed a bit when I was wearing them around the house. Otherwise, the fit was was great.

My biggest disappointment was the quality and texture of the leather. At first I thought it was vegan 'leather'. It has a pocked texture, not the smooth surface I assumed from the photo. I kept them - they are only studio shoes and they are good enough for that. I wouldn't buy another pair.

Love these shoes and wanted to keep them but buckles are not laying flat. They stick out and no matter what I did they wouldn’t lay flat?. Sadly I have to return

Super cute and well made sturdy shoes. Felt just a little tight in the toe box and heel rubs up and down right out of the box. Was going to return them, but couldn't find anything that I liked better than these. I bought them as a mother's day present to myself and decided to keep them and I'm hoping they will break in a bit with time. Thank you Zappos! Love Doc Martin!

I needed a black shoe good for standing during long orchestra concerts and church services. (I play percussion / timpani, which requires a lot of standing.) I hate the look of oxfords, and loafers are usually too wide for me. I think these will do the trick. Haven't worn them much yet, but they seem pretty good. The leather seems really high quality and not thin like other fashion shoes. I like the air-cushion sole. They might turn out to be a little sloppy on my somewhat narrow feet, but not enough to be a problem. That's my thought right now, anyway. Thank you for your attention.

I usually wear a 9 so I ordered these in the UK size 7. They are really comfortable, but the shoe is more than an inch longer than my other shoes. I already have big enough feet, I don't want them to look even bigger! Not the cute maryjanes i was hoping for. Thank goodness Zappos does free returns.
