The dress itself was as expected - true to size, flattering, and worked well for the occasion I needed it for. My only problem was the condition the dress was in on arrival. Initially I received the wrong dress altogether (different brand, size, and color), but the correct one was shipped to me in two additional days. However, on arrival the correct dress was covered in dog hair and lint as if someone wore it for a day then decided to return. The price tag was tied around the sewn in tag, making it clear that this dress was used. I am a dog owner, and completely understand that dogs shed. However, I would never return an item in this condition. I had no choice but to wash the dress before even trying it on because of the amount of hair and lint on it. Had the correct item been shipped to me initially, I may have had more time to return this dress because of the condition. I've never had a bad experience with Zappos but this situation has definitely put me off of buying clothing from them for a while!

This is a great dress - made of very comfortable material while still having some structure to it. The blue was a nice understated color, not too punchy for casual wear but not too boring either. The XL fit well on my petite plus size 16 frame, but it was a little a short for my personal taste so I decided to return. It was well designed in that it was the same length all around (you know what I mean if you have a larger lower body) so if you don't mind showing a little knee, go for it.

I love this dress, but I needed a little fancier material. I did not read the description closely

I love the entire Cue Wrap Dress line in all sleeve lengths. I"m 5'3" 150 lbs and the Medium fits just right. The V-line occasionally shows more cleavage than I'd like to show at work so I use a cami underneath; but I don't mind it when I" going out with friends. And the best feature: pockets!

The V neck plunges a bit for me but its not a dealbreaker at all since I can pin it. Love the pockets!! Easy to dress this up with layers or dress it down with casual shoes. Perfect for traveling too. I'm 5'3", 150lbs and the medium was a bit loose. I could have tried out a small but didn't want to wait for another size. Love this as it is.

I have several cue wrap dresses with different sleeves and they have been my go-to for years… it’s hard to resist buying a new color or print. However these last two purchases in the navy print and cinnamon print are completely different… stiff cheap feeling material instead of the beautiful soft material of all my other cue wrap dresses…. I hope it’s just a fluke… please don’t cheapen my favorite dresses!

This dress is very disappointing. The quality is not up to Zappos typical standards. I wouldn't even class it as "play clothes." This is junk.
