Initially I started with an 8W which I returned for an 8.5W. The 8W was short/tight in the toe. The 8.5W is perfect for me. No complaints at all. They feel extremely comfortable. I chose Vionic because I wanted shoes that would support my posture and balance since I'm now in my senior years. These shoes are for the gym. The workmanship, materials and style are excellent for the gym (and for general walking if that's what you want to do). Because I'm so pleased with this shoe I've purchased two other styles. Previously, I thought SAS were the most comfortable brand of shoe. Well, I've changed my mind. This Vionic shoe (Vionic Miles in 8.5W) is the most comfortable I've ever worn.

Love the stability of these shoes. The heel cup keeps my heel from sliding around and my ankles correctly aligned. I wore them for the first time today. I wore them all day. My feet hurt a bit but I’m chalking that up to the fact that they are orthotic and my feet just aren’t used to be in correct alignment. I’m gonna wear them several days in a row to see if my feet get used to them. My knees already feel better!

I have tried several pairs of active shoes/sneakers since I began suffering from plantar fasciitis. This pair provides excellent support and comfort. I was able to return to my normal walking routine for the first time since this problem started. It is also stylish and does not look or feel like an “orthopedic shoe”. I would recommend this sneaker to anyone suffering from foot pain.

My size 7 was a perfect size 7. I sometimes buy 7W for sneakers but no need with this style. Love the look and fit. Vionic sneakers are wonderful for my 50 something feet that have issues with plantars fasciitis. My first pair of Vionic sneakers looked more "orthopedic" but these look great!

These shoes fit perfectly. I use them for walking and they are the only sneaker I can wear that allows me to walk/jog for two hours per day for 5-6 days per week without experiencing pain. This is my second pair and I am completely satisfied.

I have issues with my feet. After bunion surgery my doctor pointed out “bunnionettes” (what?!). I’ve also had a big toe fused to remove arthritis pain. So I am very much aware of trouble finding a shoes that don’t hurt. I found that in the two pairs of Vionics I have bought. I agree they seem a bit narrow for wide shoes, but they are fine for my wide feet. But most of all I love the blue color. They seem to always elicit an admiring comment. Yep, I’m a fool for the color, but I’m also a fool for a pair of shoes that don’t cause pain.

Another disappointing Vionic sneaker. Not nearly enough cusioning. Althought they are certainly long enough, the toe box slants down so it presses on the top of my big toe. They seem well made -- with they felt good.
