These shoes really were about as comfortable as you can get, but I just did not like the style. They were dowdy.

These shoes were a tiny bit loose in the heel but other than that, they were incredibly comfortable. The reason I am returning them is that they looked so dowdy.

I'm a 9.5 normally, and purchased a size 40, but my heel kept coming out of the shoe, so I returned for a 39, and I love this shoe. It's cute, professional, and supportive which is a win win.

So bummed these shoes didn't come in a narrow size. They are so cute but the smallest size they come in are too big.

Love the style of these but sadly had to return them because they run a half size too large. May try ordering down one size but find it odd as I always wear 39 in Danskos and own numerous pairs in this size.

I really wanted to love these shoes because I need a dressy shoe that allows me to be on my feet for long periods of time. After about 20 minutes I felt pressure on the balls of my feet, and it wasn’t long before the blisters started. I didn’t have shoes to change into and had to wear them for about 8 hours. I now have blisters on both feet as well as a sore on my heel. I’ll be returning these.

I normally like Danskos clogs. Bought these and very dismayed by the poor fit. I am a 7.5 and these run a full size too big and slip at the heel—not in a normal clog way. Got inserts and they didn’t help. Now I’m stuck with these overpriced shoes that I can’t return. Very disappointed.

I was so excited to see these Dansko Shoes that did not look like the clunky clog but was very disappointed. I wear a 9 1/2 and this felt smaller and tighter on one foot and just shorter on the other. Tried wearing them in hopes that stretching wouldn't make them feel narrow. No look, just not a comfortable shoe.

Too big. My heel slips. Not as wide as Danskos usually are. I so disappointed that I didn’t send them back right away. Now I’m stuck with them.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable, soft, and wearable, with no rubbing straight out of the box. But I thought they looked very plain and dowdy on, so I returned them.

Unfortunately, these were far too narrow for my wide boats. I had such high hopes for these since they seem more fashionable than the standard Dansko clogs, but it looks like I’m going back to the old tried and true. Plus, when your husband tells you the shoes you’ve just ordered look like “something Kathy Bates’ character from Misery would wear if she was getting dressed up”, it’s probably a good idea to return them.

The style is Noc and professional but had to return it because my heel slipped with every step and it chaffed my ankle to the point of pain and bleeding. Not what I'd call a comfort shoe.

These shoes have a large gap in the heel. As a result, the shoes would not stay on my feet. Funny enough, I learned this lesson once before last year, but then tried these again hoping for a different outcome. I've been wearing Danskos for years and have never had a pair of Danskos fit like this before.

In winter, with tights, these are comfortable work horses. Unfortunately, I wore them this week with sock liners to a new job and they squeaked like clown shoes. It was embarrassing (I do a lot of walking at work) and really disappointing. They're too expensive to have this problem.

Love the look and feel of this shoe. Tried to purchase it in 2 colors, but the sizing is way off. My normal size is a 37 (size 7). This shoe is a full size too long, but the width is fine. I also ordered this shoe in a 36, but it's too small.

Cute shoe but fit is bigger than other Dansko shoe. Heel slipped when I tried walking in them.

I originally ordered this shoe in a 39 & 40 after reading the reviews. My normal size is a 10 medium aka 40. With a super thin hose type sock, the 39 felt a little snug but comfortable. I knew it would stretch after wearing. It doesn't really have enough support in the foot bed for me. The main problem was with the right shoe. It was definitely more narrow in the entire toe area to the point it would have been very uncomfortable wearing. I never have any trouble with one shoe fitting tighter than the other. The 40 felt like a 10.5 - 11 & gaped across the top of my foot and was of course too long. I ordered another size 39 hoping to get a left & right shoe in a true medium width. The pair that came today was in a plain brown box with only a white bar code sticker. I opened the box to a stinky pair of very much worn shoes with a scrap of tissue paper in the box!!!! DISGUSTING!!! Needless to say, all three pair are going back! Aside from one shoe being much narrower than the other & receiving a previously well worn pair, this shoe is a half size off from what it should be. For $150, this is ridiculous! I, as well as many other women, will pay well over $100 for a comfortable, stylish shoe. I draw the line when the overall quality is that of a shoe you would find at a discount store. From reading other reviews, Dansko needs to step it up & spend time on quality control. Zappos should also not ship out previously worn shoes! I've never had this issue before.

I gave it one star only because it was too large to determine comfort and an overall rating. I could not comment on the arch support on these shoes because it was very big. I ordered a 5.5-6 size and it felt more like a 6-7. They are a very nice looking shoes though and I'm disappointed I could fit into them.
