These do run big, however, works well if you suffer from bunions. Not the prettiest of shoes when you wear a 12WW, but after having knee replacement surgery, it does the job. They are comfortable but I found that I can’t walk long miles in them because not enough arch support for me.

Material is great an good looking, but size runs a little bit more. I usually buy 71/2 or 8 , but this pair I purchased 71/2 WW, was too wide and big. It seems I ordered incorrect size. Unfortunately will return, but very comfortable.

Looks like there is a lot of space between the first strap and the toes. Making that space look a little awkward.

I'm keeping the cheaper and cuter propet aurora instead of these.

SAS provides excellent quality and support. Some styles are more supportive and comfortable than others. I suffer ankle and arch issues. Gone are the days of heels, cute ballet flats and flip flops. Surgery has left me requiring a large toe box, so the availability of an WW in SAS is a god-send. The Freestyle is the best so far, but this sandal is acceptable and meets the approval of my PT.

I've bought these before in brown and they were very comfortable. The black leather are extremely stiff and uncomfortable, I can't wear without socks which is ridiculous for a pair of sandals. I rated 3 stars for the shoes since I've liked them in the past. If I rated based on my whole experience, I'd give no stars because the SAS return policy is terrible. You have to pay shipping both ways AND a $10 restocking fee to get your money back. You can avoid the restocking fee if you return SAS shoes to a local retail store, but then you only get a SAS gift card, not your money back. With the prices they charge, SAS should be more customer-friendly. Trotters covers shipping both ways and there's no 'restocking fee' to return.

I have very narrow feet. Although these were Slim, they were still a little too wide. I would have had to synch them up to the last hole on every band and it would interfere with the aesthetic.

I really wanted to love these shoes. In truth, they are very comfortable. Nice footbed. But I truly dislike the styling. They look like geriatric shoes. I may be old, but I don't have to dress like it.

The Mystic Slingback Sandal is a well made shoe, but (a) I purchased the wrong size -- narrow instead of slim -- and the placement of the sandal straps cut into my feet.

The leather is soft. The shoe bed fit my wide foot, but my high arch was not accommodated. The stapes were not long enough to fit the top of my foot. Also, fitting the buckle of the strap was not easy for me. I did have to return. It looks like many of SAS shoes go high on the foot, so perhaps I can't wear these shoes. May need to keep to loafers.

I wear 9.5 WW and have Plantar Fasciitis. If you're looking at these shoes you know how freakin hard it is to find pretty sandals that'll fit problem feet. These aren't them. However, as the choices are limited these aren't hideous. These have zero suppport for your arches and an orthotic cannot be used. The straps are adjustable and I found the WW to be be wider than normal so I could've purchased a W and with adjusting straps made that size work. I returned these as I need support but i would have returned them regardless because the WW was too wide, which is rarely the case for me.

I LOVE SAS shoes, but I do not love the newer plastic soles on some of the styles. This has such a sole. The support is simply not the same as the more solid shoe soles. I am heave, and this sole just does not work for me. Love the bright color!

I returned these sandals. I'm old, my feet bother me, but the only thing these sandals had going for them was the fit. Hated the style. To me they looked like geriatric sandals, and I just can't deal with that.

They are suppose to be a slim size but even with all the straps adjusted they are not slim enough for me.

I badly wanted to like these blue perlato sandals. It was not to be. I am 12M and that is what I ordered. My toes did not fill the foot bed even close, left at least half an inch empty space up front. Also, I must have a low instep, because I had to use the innermost holes of the straps to get them to fit. Next step would be punching more holes. I did not like the flimsy elastic at the heel strap. The shoe could be improved by eliminating the elastic. My heel felt loose and I was afraid my ankle would turn. I really liked the nice leather and the perlato color was beautiful. These are going back.

The fit was OK and size true but the shoe looked like cheap plastic and for the price I was not satisfied. I returned them and will stick with Ecco as they never disappoint.

The shoes looked much better online. When they arrived they looked like cheap plastic. For the price I was not expecting this. I will continue to order Ecco brand as their quality and look have never disappointed me. I love that Zappos has such an easy return policy so I am not stuck with a shoe that I don't like. It makes it easier to order a more expensive shoe and know if I don't like it I can return it.

The comfort factor is great, but the sandal has an orthopedic look. The straps should be more strategically placed for a more youthful look.

It would have been perfect, except the arch support felt weird. Normally I don't feel the arch support in most shoes, but I could feel it in these. Both the left and right sides of the shoe are raised up and the middle is low. So, most of my weight would be on the sides of the feet with not much in the middle. It would have made my feet sore if I wore them more than a few minutes. Otherwise, the shoe was very cushy. I ordered a 5 WW. The width and length were perfect. This shoe is much cuter than I thought it would be, so very sad to return them.
