I had to exchange for a wide width, but with Zappos super quick turn around, I only had to wait another two days. I think these shoes tend to run narrow. The wide width fit but they are almost too snug.

I have such a tough time finding comfortable shores. My feet are wide, with bunions, and generally I'm forced to go up a 1/2 or full size to accommodate my foot and yet am still uncomfortable. However, the wide Emiline fit so well right out of the box in my actual size. The seam on the front sits right across the widest part of my foot so there's a little breaking in that needs to happen but overall I'm super happy and comfy-so much so I ordered another pair in silver!

These leather shoes are absolutely the most comfortable shoes I now own. I have been pleasantly surprised how long I can wear these shoes while running errands and walking long distances with no discomfort. They can be worn for dress or casual and they look fabulous either way. They also fit true to size.

I bought this shoe last year in the velvet and the 9N fit perfectly. This year, the black leather was too big and I had to go a half size down. Very comfortable. No blisters so far with either pair.

These are a classic loafter. I have them in multiple colors and wear them often for work or running errands. I have a slightly wider foot and ordered the wife width. They fit perfectly and are comfortable. For me, it took a couple wears to break in the heel, but once they were broken in they became a go to shoe for me.

I have a red pair that fits great so I ordered a black pair. They feel and fit just the same as my beloved red ones. I could not be happier with the fit and look. The leather is soft and comfortable. Although my right foot is a little larger than my left the shoes fit great. Neither was too tight or too loose. I will stick with this brand and style since it is very versatile. Great for evening or church or shopping.

Great fitting shoes and very comfortable. I do like the looks, but they are not my favorite looking shoes. I wear them with light socks and also with no socks. I find they are more cushioned inside than other shoes I have, and I love it! I plan to order this brand again because i just love all the cushion.

Like walking on clouds. Amazingly comfortable. The style is a bit on the conservative side, but I think they will still look cute with jeans. Delighted to have some comfortable black flats with a little heel that makes them a little less flat and thus more comfy.

I promised to report this shoe I have a bone spur (?)near my big toe - if if were on the inside of my foot, it would be a bunion. Most all shoe hit me right in the middle of it & are very painful. That raised part on top makes it very comfortable as it goes beyond that spot. I'm too old to deal with foot surgery - this perfect. The clear red is more beautiful than the color shown on line so I'm very happy about that.

I've been wearing this shoe for the last year, about 5 days a week, and I do a lot of walking—they haven't overstretched or worn out in that time at all! They're super comfortable, and the style is so simple they go with just about everything. Very pretty, very feminine shoe for a flat. Great holiday shoe, but not so dressy or sparkly that they can’t be worn throughout the winter. (A little dark for spring/summer). Fit is great. Pretty with black, taupe, burgundy, mocha. Stylish with dress jeans, white shirt and velvet jacket, or crepe palazzo pants and chiffon blouse and pearls. Much more versatile than I thought when I ordered them!

I bought these in patent leather and have to say I wish I'd had them in my wardrobe years ago! They fit like a kidskin glove and are so comfortable. I have had a couple foot surgeries and finding comfortable "nice" shoes has been difficult for a long time. These fit like they were custom made! I plan to get several other colors. My new wardrobe staple!!

These are perfect casual shoes for errands or work days. The footbed is well padded but there is no arch support. Not great for long walks. They are very stylish, the leather is soft and comfortable. I found this pair to be true to size (length and width). This is not always the case with Naturalizer shoes, as I have found their sizing to be inconsistent. Zappos has the best customer service policies on the planet, if you need to return or exchange.
