Tried the gunmetal ombre in half size up from my normal size. The fabric around the ankles was so loose that it doesn’t even touch my ankles which is strange because I tried another pair in dark blue/black and they fit well. Ultimately returning these between the fit issues and because the light colors look like a doily.

They just didn't fit right too small not at sturdy as expected. Felt a little cheaply constructed with no real cushioning for workouts.

Love APL, this is my 3rd pair. No break in period for me. Am usually a size 8 but in APL, I wear a 7.5w. Super comfortable and well made.

These shoes are fantastic for travel! I replaced the laces with elastic ones for easy slip on & off through TSA. I wore them to Eastern Europe last fall and walked all over the city in them. I wore them almost exclusively while there. Because I can dress them up or down, it saves on packing an extra pair of shoes. They are comfortable, lightweight, and pack easily. Since then, I've worn them all year nonstop, on my feet all day at work, and they are still comfortable. However, I'm hesitant to take them on my next trip because they feel a little less supportive now. Still, for all the adventures and every-day wear I've given them, they are worth the price. I would definitely purchase them again.

These are cute and comfortable. I've worn them to the gym but just for lifting so I can't speak to how they are for running. I found these to be tts. I wear an 8.5 in nike. that's what I got in these and they fit great. I needed a 9 in the techloom breeze so this style seems to run a little larger.

Beautiful spring color "Bellflower/Pristine." The style/design very nice! I'm normally a size 7.5 but ordered an 8... sadly, it was too big; had to return.

Love this style of APLs. True to size. I own them in several colors. They hold up very well and are super comfortable.

I love these sneakers. The fit, comfort, lightweight feel, cushioning and color exceeded my expectations. I wish I owned a few pairs but this was a splurge while shopping for new sneakers. Zappos offered a nice selection and price. I'm new to APL and highly recommend if you have fussy feet and really need support (but loathe heavy shoes) while still looking for stylish footwear.

After reading a review I saw it was recommended that you go a full I enjoy on your regular shoe size. This was spot on. These shoes are so comfortable!!

The shoes are adorable and fit well. I wanted to wear the shoes with the shoelaces inside. In the end, I thought it was going to be annoying tucking them in every time I slipped them on.

Loved everything about the shoe, except the color. The picture didn’t show the metallic strands woven into the fabric. Wasn’t crazy about the sparkly aspect of the shoe, so that’s why I returned.

I do like these shoes. They are comfortable and I found them easy to get on and off. The only thing I did not like was the laces tying on the inside so I pulled them out so they would tie on the outside. In most athletic shoes I wear a size 9 and that was what I ordered at first but ended up getting a half size bigger. Zappos makes exchanges very easy.

Apl shoes are made really well. I was able to get about 2 years worth of wear out of them. I work in medicine so sometimes when I would work urgent care, I would wear these during my shifts. It’s nice cause I threw them in the wash and they held up wonderfully.

Great looking shoe and very comfortable.

I’ve been looking for this color in a tennis shoe since the Summer Olympic neon yellow Nike’s the athletes were wearing. I love APL, so buying these was a no brained.

I absolutely love this brand and have been looking for this color for awhile.

These are the most amazing shoes ever! I want them in every color. I have been wearing mine for my bootcamp style classes as well as leisure wear. As an FYI, I do not run in these shoes. My Mizunos are perfect for distance running. I highly recommend these for high intensity classes.

The fit is good and the material is lightweight. I am not the biggest fan of a slip on sneaker though. It can be a little tight around the ankles for some. Overall it's a good shoe.

The shoes fits really nice. My only critique is opening of the shoe can be tight if have larger ankles or wear thick socks with the shoes.

Material of tongue and ankle come up so high on my ankle; uncomfortable. Bummer because they are adorable. Give them a try, though - you may have a different experience.
