The sandals I received had dirty toe marks on the insole! This is just gross. As far as the shoe, I love it. It's too bad I had to return it for sanitary reasons.

The vegan Arizona is the most comfortable version of the Arizona because the soft, smooth, flexible straps feel great right out of the box. The Arizona runs a tad wide so most women get their best fit with the narrow width and most men need the regular (wider) width. If you are new to Birkenstocks, wear the Arizona's a few hours a day around the house so that your feet can fully adjust to the very firm and very high Birkie arch support. After that adjustment period you will not want to take them off...they are supremely comfortable.

I've always wanted to try a pair of Birkenstocks but am not crazy about leather. I'm so happy they made a vegan sandal. Once you get the right fit, it's a ride in the clouds. These are lighter than the original Arizona which adds to the airy feel. The microfiber lining is super soft,too. Can't wait to try them in the summer.
