Great fit, I’m 10B. Like the matte finish of microfiber. Well made booties!

These boots have everything I wanted: beautiful color; nice leather; seamless, quality construction; stylish look, with a low heel. But, my feet were not happy and when my feet hurt, I am not happy. Even with the wider width, the tapered toe cramped my squarish forefoot, my heel slipped, and the support was only moderate. Sadly, I am returning them so someone with less fussy feet can enjoy them.

Overall this is a cute and versatile bootie. I found it to fit just right (though I'm a bit on the narrow side), but I'm returning them because they're too big around the ankle and I don't like that gaping look with skinny jeans.

I returned the shoes because of the color. These were a burgundy color. I wanted a true red.

I wear 10 w's and have issues with a flattening arch, pronating, plantar fasciitis, a pulled perineal tendon in one foot, and a healing bone spur in the other. One zipper, outside of the shoe, is merely decorative. The other zipper is very smooth. The leather is so smooth and pretty! Good heel, was even more comfortable when I substituted Powermax inserts. However, I found the Aetrex Kailey to beat this one out in comfort and looks. But SO close! This was a good boot, just not a great one for me. Thank you for the better selection of wide shoes and boots, Zappos!!

The fit and style are great and that means a lot coming from me. I wear a narrow and I really get tired of B wide shoes marked "narrow". They look better but aren't as comphy as Clarks Cloudsteppers. The style is not special except they are simple and can dress up or down. I need these for travel so they have a big job ahead.

Be aware that outside zippers are fake. Don't try to unzip them as I did.I thought the shoe was defective until I realized only the inside zipper is real!

Not enough toe space for me

Although I think the overall fit was ‘true to size,’ these boots were uncomfortable. The primary reason I am returning is the style is awkward. I was drawn to the quilting on the boot, but the boot doesn’t look good with skirts or dresses. The shaft is short, no tapering, and the resulting look is uninspired.

Nice lookiing shoe but heal too wide for my 9.5 N foot.

It is very strange that only one zipper on the inside of each boot, actually is functional. The other, on the outside is decorative only. I had purchased the boot because it had the two zippers for ease of putting them on. I was able to get my foot into the boot, and the width was good. I had trouble getting the zipper up all the way as the boot was too tight for my ankle. When purchasing WW width shoes are the ankles also wider, or just the footbed? I ended up returning the boots.

Fit and size are fine, although they aren’t as cute as they look in photos. The upper materials are of nice quality but the soles feel cheap/flimsy. I also don’t like that the outside zipper on the boots are non-functional. Why bother building the shoe with a real zipper that doesn’t actually work? Will be returning.

Toe area too narrow

Ii put these next to my shoes that were a wide, not extra wide and the boots looked like they were narrow. I LOVED the boots, the quality felt great, they just ran narrow.

These shoes look great. Sleek and sophisticated. the toe box is big enough to accomodate all my foot issues. The problem was in the heel. It was just too loose. My foot kept moving up and down. So I sent them back.

I bought this shoe in an 8M and an 8AA, but neither one fits - I love the style and they are a nice quality, but the AA is too tight at the toes and the medium is too wide at the heel. Thanks again, Zappos but I still need boots.

Really really cute boots, but even in a narrow width, they were too wide in the heel. My heel slipped and I could easily put them on and off without using zipper.

I could not get my right boot hopped up. It needs some kind of elastic gore to give flexibility to fit. The entire boot is at least a full size smaller than marked. They are, however, be a dutifully styled and seem to be well crafted.

Boots too large and zippers keep unzipping when I'm walking

I was so excited when the boot arrived. The color & style were great. However, the minute I tried them on there was no doubt that they were too wide and my heel slipped badly. Does anyone make a true narrow shoe anymore? Most of the companies have changed the shoe width and narrow isn't narrow anymore.

I love this boot, but I've had problems with the zipper. I bought a pair and within a few weeks the zipper on the left boot got stuck in the up position. The boot was replaced for free, but a year later the zipper on the new left boot broke in the up position as well. The zipper design needs to be fixed.
