I bought these as school shoes for my 12-year-old daughter. After wearing for 8 weeks the sole pulled away from the body of the shoe - very poor construction.

The perfect shoe!! I've been on a quest for years to find a comfortable, casual black shoe for work. I have foot, ankle and knee problems. I thought I was destined to wear sneakers for the rest of my life! These shoes fit and were comfy right out of the box. They are cushioned and you might be tempted to think there isn't enough cushioning to keep you comfortable, but there is. Maybe it also has to do with the design and arch/support in the structure of the shoe?? Anyway, I am in love. I plan to buy it in more colors!!

Toe box is tight and arch support is lacking.

I usually wear an 11N but after reviews I ordered an 11 1/2 M.. left show felt great. It right shoe was a little too narrow. So they run 1/2size small and definitely VERY NARROW. I am going to return them. Wish they weren’t so narrow as they felt really comfortable.

Very comfortable and attractive shoe to wear with jeans and slacks. Easy to slip on and the decorative air holes prevent sweating in the shoes. Glad I bought them, am looking for a 2nd pair.

These shoes work great with my custom orthotics for my very high arch. I don't know how the arch support is as they come, but for me it was a relief to find shoes I can wear with a dress that my orthotics fit in. Yay!

This is a very cute shoe. I liked the style and the fit, but I have so much arthritis in my toes, that I couldn't wear it since my toe rubbed on the inside. I need a shoe with a wider toe box. I had to return it even though I really liked the shoe.

I ordered this shoe in two sizes and they both fit, however at the heel in both sizes they rubbed in just the wrong spot and it hurt like crazy. I thought maybe it will stretch out but it wasnt that sort of pain. Very sad bc i LOVE the color and style.

After reading these reviews, I decided to order both the 8.5 (my usual size) and the 9. the 9 won. I love this shoe. the straps are great. comfortable and keep my shoe on my foot when I walk. I added an orthotic because I need it. but more than this shoe, which I love, is the great customer service that comes with it. for example I could order both sizes, free shipping, came quick, and return the one that did not fit, free returns, quick refunds. A life saver for getting shoes in my size, which are simply not available in shoe stores. thank you Zappos

Super cute and comfortable. Fits true to size in 10.5 AA. The straps are comfortable and keep my foot from slipping.
