I love this shoe so much I bought two backup pairs. This is the best shoe for work and play.

I love this shoe. The cross pieces are soft so when inevitably my feet have swollen by day's end they don't hurt. They were comfortable from the moment I put them on.

Theses are so comfortable and cute; I was very tempted to keep them but opted for a pair of plainer pumps that would go with more things. But when I win the lottery I will come back and buy these shoes!

These are really cute, but they run too wide in the heels

Love this shoe! Super comfortable for an on-my-feet-all-day shoe. Use as a dress shoe for work. Would work well as a travel shoe for city walking.

Despite the removable insole, this shoe was not deep enough to accommodate my orthotic inserts. Very disappointed. (Also the colors in the photo are misleading -- the shoe is black, not dark gray.)

Nice, flexible, comfortable

Pros: Removable footbed gives you room for orthotics! These are a very soft leather and are beautiful, they look very feminine on the foot. The elastic is comfortable on my very high arches. Cons: There is not enough room for my straight big toe - the shoe curves too soon, causing the toe to be unable to remain in a normal straight position. This shoe artificially forces my foot into a "bunion" position with the big toe leaning inward. They feel shorter than marked and only have small arch support. Based on how the rest of the shoe fits, I'm afraid the next size up would be sloppy big. Conclusion: Sadly I must return these. As beautiful as they are, the added pressure on my great toe is not something I can deal with. I have other shoes in my closet which are at least this comfortable and what I was specifically shopping for was a shoe for a work event where I must be on my feet working for about ten hours, yet still look professional. It is a shame because except for the weird tight toe fit, I LOVED these.

Quite comfortable on my wide foot but I thought the style was nothing very special so I am returning.

Had to return these cute shoes because they did not fit my high arch well.

This is a very cute shoe and looks good on long narrow feet. It's also quite comfy. Unfortunately it is too wide in the heel for me and so they are going back.

These shoes are really cute and moderately comfortable. My biggest issue is that the soles are VERY slick on wet areas. Even the slightest mist of water and you are in danger of going down! I've had too many close calls and I will no longer wear them.
