They are pillows for my feet! I am a fit 60 yr old man. As some of you know as we age the feet can be "pounded out". The insole cup and smooth stride can actually HEAL my feet and allow then to restore the natural pad. I have told literally hundreds of people resulting in many pairs and many many THANK YOU's to me! SO ....THANK YOU!!!!

Got these for my 86 year old dad for Christmas; they were recommended by his doctor. He absolutely loves them! They're the most comfortable shoes he's ever worn. Great cushion and support...he wears them all day, every day.

I love my colorful HOKA One One's. I've got 4 pairs of them for running, gym, walking etc. I'm also a sports official and am required to wear all black shoes as part of my uniform. The shoes that the other shoe companies sell for use by officials generally have no support or cushion. These shoes do and they have made all the difference in my foot pain the following day (I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis). There are many other professions that have the same requirement for shoe color. Postal workers, waiter/waitresses, I'm sure there are many more. I hope HOKA realizes how important an all black shoe is to a lot of us.
The shoe itself is extremely well made. It's got a bit more cushion than my Vanquish 3's and I was worried about lateral stability. No worries, they are extremely stable and provide great support. I can't say enough good things about my HOKA's!

65 Year old retired chef with olanta in both feet and chronic arthritis in my left one.
Cortisone shots and acupuncture helps a lot but I do admit to having a walking addiction of 15 to 20 miles a day.
Was frustrated for years trying to find the correct shoe, and my wife told me about these. The first pair I got were like nothing I have ever worn before. Absolute comfort and support. 100% improvement as far as pain free walking. Bought my second pair a week after the first one and now I switch them out. Just a fantastic shoe.

At this time the current Hoka product line includes the Bondi LTR (which is essentially the Bondi 4 model with a leather upper, available in white or black).
The most recent leather introduction is named the Bondi Leather (which is the Bondi 5 model with a leather upper).
So what's the difference between these leather versions of the Bondi 4 and 5?
The Bondi LTR has a softer , plusher ,more cushioned, mid sole. It is available in either black or white leather. This shoe is similar to an earlier Hoka leather upper shoe, which was named the Valor.
The Bondi Leather has a firmer mid sole, not as much cushion, as the Bondi LTR, but it is also a more stable feeling shoe.
Regarding fit, I wear the same size on both models, however the Bondi LTR seems to fit a little bit longer and fuller fitting, than the newer Bondi Leather model.
Stylistically, the Bondo Leather has a bit more modern looking upper pattern and out sole design.
The Bondi LTR is available in white or black while the Bondi Leather is offered in charcoal grey or black.
In summary, if you prefer maximum plushness and cushioning I recommend the Bondi LTR model.
If you don't mind a bit firmer mid sole, and appreciate the stability that comes with a firmer sole, then I recommend the Bondi Leather model.
I have the LTR model in white and the Leather model in grey , and enjoy wearing these shoes for exercise walking.

I tried a smaller size this time, original pair (size 14) felt a little big but was very comfortable. I bought a next size smaller (size 13) but I guess it is not as wide and hurts my small toes. Guess I'll get the bigger size next time. I normally wear size 12 extra wide In other brands.

Good looking black shoe from Hoka. A bit stiff feeling, but hopefully that will 'soften' with more wearing. Also, not the cloud like cushion that all my other Hokas offer.

This is a comfortable shoe for me to wear in my garage shop. I wear a size 14 and am on them for many hours working on my old cars. One thing I was disappointed in was the NON leather look. I was under the impression these were full leather shoes. I would buy them again

I had originally bought the new Bondi SR size 12. It would have been fine for someone with good feet. I have a Taylor bunion on my right pinkie toe.....so I needed a slightly wider size. So I initiated the return process which went well. I reordered what I thought was the exact same shoe in a wide (EE).... it came and was the wrong shoe....It was the Bondi LTR....the SR was more comfortable but I couldn't send another pair back because I needed them for an event. Would like to get the SR in a 12 EE.

Shoe fits tight across the front of the instep/ball of the foot. The quality is good, nice leather and sole. Own Hoka One One Challenger Low GORE-TEX and it fits better in the instep/ball of foot, more comfortable. I will return these Hoka One One Bondi LTR shoes. Zappos is great to deal with!
I'd also recommend:
