Within 3 hours of wearing these sandals with very little walking, the pair cut 2 toes. The upper straps were not smooth on the edges and the rough nature of the edge cut the second toe on each of my feet. Company's response was just return it and get your money back with little to no concern regarding that their product caused physical harm to their customer. My advice spend you money elsewhere.

Purchased the recovery flip flops. Wore a week on vacation. Washed them by hand and placed outside to air dry and they shrunk.

Comfortable but broke two pair now. To much money for something that lasts a couple months at most.

I purchased these in the winter, with the intention of only wear them around the house as house shoes until warm weather. The comfort and style is wonderful. However, after two and a half months, the toe thong come out of the soul on the right shoe. I’ll check on returns policy after writing this.

I have worn flip-flops for 60 years and never had a problem until I wore these Hokas. Gives me cuts across the top of both second toes when I walk in them for less than 5 minutes. After that, the cuts are so painful I can't walk in them anymore.

I was expecting Hoka footbed stability and comfort, and that was good, but the foot strapping was loose and flimsy,

I bought the men's ORA because I read reviews that mentioned the men & women's versions being essentially the same shoe, but that the reviewers felt like the thong had been adjusted to make the women's shoe more aesthetically pleasing - which created blisters and an awkward fit.
I loved the support and cushion of the sole. But that strap destroyed the tops of my feet. It's not even an issue of placement as much as it is material - it's plastic-ey and slick. I wore the flip flops about a quarter of a mile last week to walk the dog and I still have cuts across the tops of my toes. Cuts. There were blisters too, but the cuts are still healing. If I could attach a pic, I would. The sizing was fine, the support was great, but the straps - Lord have mercy, the straps were pure evil.

These were delivered March 3rd paid over $60 and the piece that goes between your toe broke today. I told my Husband he should have just gotten the $1.99 flip flops at old navy!!

I returned it. All of the recovery sandals are very loose fit. They won't stay on my feet.

The sizing was ok . However, They are disproportionately tall in the back and low in the front. This makes you lean forwardish into the post between your toes. Have bought several other brands and never had an issue.

Too light and cheaply made. Love your running shoes in every way. Sandals don't provide the comfort

They were not comfortable at all, and they were sized way too big for my foot.

I ordered a 9 and the straps were too loose, so I sent them back and ordered 8. I received something way too small. I gave them to a girlfriend that is 5'1" tall. They were ineligible for return. I guess that was because I had already made a return. My only complaint was not being able to return them the second time. I will buy another pair in a store where I can try them on.

I really wanted to like this flip, but it cuts into my skin. Seems like the fabric across the top has sharp edges. I thought I would get used to it, but no, I had cuts on both feet.

I like the comfort of the flip-flop, but the thong continuously irritates between my toes, and has already caused a rash. I was hoping to return these and exchange for a new pair, considering this may be just a defect, but it's such a hassle to return this itemthe 10 day+ waiting period for the company to receive them, the 5 days+ for me to get another pair, etc. just doesn't make sense. Overall an okay flip-flop but would not recommend buying them directly from the Hoka website just in case there's a defect, and you need to return and exchange them.
