On my second pair of these slippahs. The straps are just junk! Both pairs started to break down after about 5 months of use. The straps are too loose to start, but after a few months they start to fall apart. The different layers of the material just peel away from each other. Was hoping that my first pair was a fluke, but the straps on the second pair started to frey and de-laminate after a few months, jusk like the first pair. What ever material they use for the straps just do not hold up in a tropical climate.

Couldn't wait to get these recover flips especially from HOKA! Unfortunately, the think straps will eventually rub on your index toe right in the crease where it starts to get thicker. Wish they made the skinny part of thong a little longer or didn't make it so thick so soon. Like I said the cushion you get with these flops are phenomenal, but then again plan on squeaking around wearing these. There beautiful, and keep wearing in hopes on them breaking in we're the thing doesn't rub, seems to be working, but now it's like walking with ducks on my feet. I hope they remake these! There are definitely updates to be made. Probably going back to my traditional flops. Less cushion, but no squeaking nor irritation/rubbing on fragile toe skin from thong.

Hope the second pair lasts longer.

The bottom of the sandal is a good fit with cushion and support. The part between your toes is abrasive and does not hold the shoe snug on you foot. I won't be wearing them much. I love my HOKA sneakers. I have two pairs. These flip flops are a disappointment.

Uncomfortable when standing and walking

I find that this particular shoe/flip-flop is very rigid of where the tow insert is located and irritate the skin

My husband wore them twice the second time it fell apart. The tong came out of the shoe. Disappointed.

First size ordered was to small. Exchanged for next size up the fit was perfect except for the strap on the thong. They would not stay on feet. really disappointed.

Comfortable but strap is way too loose. My feet land in different parts of the base with every step because they're so loose. Sometimes my heel or toes go over the edges. It would be such a better flip flop if the strap was tighter.

They cut my big and 1st toe

The part of the flip that goes between the 2 toes almost cuts my toe. Within a short time of wearing them I'm beginning to form a blister and I have to put them aside. I continue to try and break them in or break my toes in but but I'm not sure if I will ever be able to wear them for any length of time. Disappointing.

I liked the flip but I had to return/exchange it for the slide since the right foot flip bit in to the space between my large and second toe so badly that I thought it would never mend. I like the slide but I still think that I would prefer the flip since the slide has too much coverage of my very painful neuropathic feet. If you think that could be "fixed" I'd really like to know.

I ordered a pair of these on July 1st. I was very happy with how they look and feel, but today September 2nd the toe strap broke. I was hoping they would last longer than 2 months

I love how these recovery slides feel. They just seem to fall apart within a year of just wearing around the house. This is my third pair in 2.5 years.

At first these flip flops were well conformed to my feet, however, any a few times of wearing them for a few hours,they are now too wide and slightly longer. It now takes more effort to keep them on my feet! Extremely disappointed considering how much the cost!

I have wide feet and I get this is a recovery flip flop. However, even if my feet were swollen they'd just be too big. Length is good, just too much room under the straps

I wear my sandals daily. However, this last pair I purchased don't have a good fit. The left sandal thong feels stretched. It fall off if I climb stairs. I have to squeeze my toes to keep the sandal on. The shoe felt like that since I got them. I still wear them if I am going to be home, but will wear other shoes if I am going out in case the middle strap breaks. I have had two pair of sandals and two pair of running shoes and other than this pair, I love Hoka. My sons have also bought the Hoka running shoes and they love them.

Hurt the outside of my feet and the between toe strap is rough.

This my 2nd pair of flip flops, keep having the same issue with the upper strap has began to separate. I like the feel of the product, just not them falling apart in such a short time for the money.. Thank You

I bought your flip flops 3 weeks ago and the upper strap has began to separate, as did the pair I bought last year. Hopefully you can fix this problem as it is a comfortable flip flop. Thank You
