You get your order fast but when it is time to get an exchange it is taking a long time. I ordered the flip flop recovery they tend to be on the larger size so if you are a size 10 order the size 9. I have yet to received the right size.

I have probably owned 8 pairs over the years & loved 'em. Returned the last pair due to breaking so quickly. This pair did the same thing. It's winter and I haven't been wearing them often but seems like the quality has gone down. 1 note-if you get the green moss/celerry root they are sized wrong and need to go down a full size. The size 10 measures 11 inches. ALWAYS worn size 10 and this color is too big

These did not hold up to minor wear unfortunately. Great comfort for a flip flop but straps began fraying quickly and one side tore.

Product is good. Second time I have purchased the recovery flip flop. I am disappointed in the time it took to arrive. Ordered for vacation, should it would be delivered two days before I left. Ended up arriving a week after the date it showed when I ordered. Customer Service was no help either, just kept getting the run around lip service. I would not have ordered. Full fan of Hoka shoes, I've owned many pairs and keep spreading the word about the brand. Just not a fan of the customer service.

13 is too small and 14 a little big. What can you do? Make a 13&half size

Horrible cuts with the toe thong strap. I can't believe Hoka made them this way.

My husbands recovery flip has a plastic solid toe strap where the ladies I just got has a clothe one that could fall apart much more easily. I was disappointed.

This flip flop was comfortable however, when I wore them the strap between my toes was irritating. Because of that, I returned them.

Its not been a month that I have used it but part of the strap are peeling off already. But using it helped me a lot with my Achilles tendinitis.

This sandal would be perfect if it weren't for the toe post. The sole is very comfortable, but not as comfortable as the Oofos. The sole of the Hoka is far safer when wet. If the toe post didn't "bite", this sandal would be perfect!

I am 9 1/2 but bought 10, per the website. They feel good on the soles, but fit too loose and tend to flop around on my foot. I have really loved my old size 10 Crocs which fit more snugly. I have to report that, for that reason and the$10 lower price, I'll return to them.

Have had Recovery slides for over two years and they feel great. Wanted some Recovery sandals and tried size 11. Way too big. Exchanged for size 10 (normally 9.5 on shoe size) and it was still too large for my foot. The straps felt too loose and thought it was because of size 10. So bought size 9 additionally to compare side by side. Sandal portion was at 9.5 cause my feet fit nicely on the sandal foot pocket. BUT!! I returned all because the straps themselves on all sizes tried were too big/loose, obligating me to grab/hold/grip the strap with my big and second toe as I walked with them. The strap needs to be little bit more snug to eventually wear into a nice fit. Too bad, was looking forward to these.

I read the information before buying the sandals. Unfortunately, they made my supination worse and I felt off-balance and they run a bit small to size. I was able to return them and get a full refund.

I have purchased several pair of these recovery flips. I just hope the strap doesn't tear on this pair like my last did. Paying 60 for flip flops you don't expect the straps to tear, you expect the soles to wear out first. I will buy them again because I like them better than Oofos.

Have been wearing Hoka shoes for a few years and love them. Decided to try the Hoka flip flops as I like the soft soles and the open top for comfort during hot weather. The soles are just like the shoes, very comfortable and cushiony. The straps on the other hand are too loose and my foot slides on top of the soles when walking and eventually causes blisters between my toes. Now I just wear them around the house but not for days on the beach or walking around town. Olakai flip flops which I normally wear have much better sizing on the straps that hold my feet to the sole.

The straps are loose-fitting, making them almost unwearable for walking more than a few steps. My feet are long (hence size 13), but the slippers tend to flop around because the straps are not snug enough. My podiatrist recommended this brand because of the comfortable cushioning on the bottom, but that advantage is lost once you start walking.

I bought these for my "hard to please" son and much to my surprise he loved them! He says they have great support and are super comfortable.
