I have the worst feet ever attached to a human being. They are flat as a board. I had flat-foot reconstruction surgery that was botched. (Kaiser Santa Clara) So now I deal with Achilles tendon pain and chronic pain throughout my body due to my lousy feet.
I establish that so you know that I seek the most plush, supportive shoes and sandals possible. For house sandals, these are the best. Vionic are okay, but not nearly as plush.

Left foot flip is great but the right foot is not because the toe strap is very rough and rubs between the toes.

2 comments. Most comfortable flip flop in reference to the sole. Great cushion and sturdy. However, the toe strap rubbed my feet raw, mostly on right foot on top during first time wearing but they are getting Better and broken in with each wearing. I will buy again as I have a hard time finding comfortable shoes for my feet in particular.

This pair (in Black) has a harder sole and harder finish than my two previous pair (two-tone blue & gray) - so still good support but not as plush and pampering as before. I would rate my previous pairs as 5-star.

Second pair. I have multiple Hoka shoes. My old flops were 13 size like the others and fit great. So i ordered 13 to replace them, same shoe, within 5 months of each other. New 13 way too big so i had to reorder 12’s and they fit fine. Odd that i own the same shoe in 2 sizes now, and the old 13s appear in every shape to be the same size as my new 12s. Minor inconvenience, great cushy flop still

I'm not a runner, but a long time Hoka fan, and these are amazing... So cushy and soft, can definitely be worn all day. My only problem with it is that the thong is super loose fitting, but other than that, they're perfect.

The size and fit are spot on. I love the Hoka brand of anything, I have probably purchased at least 10 different pairs over the last few years, as a mid distance runner at 75 yoa , One should change shoes every 6 months to keep knees, ankles , and back from injury. These flip flops, are my second pair, the 1st pair lasted over 2 years before a strap came loose, so I am replacing with a new pair. It looks like perhaps a poor design as the strap looks to be glued into the bottom paltform, and once the adhesive becomes aged it fails. 2 years, not bad in a warm and humid climate, so I rate them a 4 out of 5.

I finally succumbed to plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis after many years of pounding concrete as a RN. These sandals have kept me walking and finally healing. I was referred by a couple of co-workers to this brand. Now we all swear by them and have created a couple more converts. I had to try a couple different styles to figure out what my feet wanted for work. My left knee has become much more stable and less stiff. I no longer feel like I am standing in fire. I am beginning to be able to walk and get around again.

I have had many pairs of Hoka Trainers and I am a size 10.5 US. These flips only come in full sizes and according to Hoka's own Size helper. It told me to get a 11US. However when they arrived they are far too large. I should have ordered a 10US. Be careful when ordering.

We bought these for my husband and I got a pair too. He has very flat feet and lives in Hoka tennis shoes and I have a Morton’s neuroma. We really love these except for the rubber piece between the toes bothers both of us and I actually got a little sore from it. We probably just need to get used to them over all comfort I love

I purchased the slides last year and after a month I left them on the pool deck for a couple hours and came to find them folding upwards from the heat. They became useless the rest of the summer. Now Hoka does have the direct sunlight/heat warning which would have been nice info to have last year. These sandals straps did cut my feet on the first day but have been great ever since. Feels just as good as the slides did before they were damaged due to sunlight.
