I wear my Hoka flips pretty much daily ( I work from home). After years of running and having some foot pain, they are comfortable and feel good on my feet. I am a female, but I purchase the mens version because the toe strap on the womens version is like a ribbon and cuts into your foot and is irritating. (Years ago this was different.) The mens is a more comfortable design, even though I could use a half size smaller.

Purchasing a Hoka brand flip flop, knowing how well I walk thanks to the amazing comfort and design of the Bondi 7's and the Bondi 8's that currently protect my feet, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I bought these. I've got neuropathy in my right foot at the base of my center toes, so I need quite a bit of cushion on top of the meds I take for the nerve pain to be able to walk around all day without it flaring up and causing discomfort. These flip flops had plenty of cushion, especially around the heel and sides, and they literally cradled my arch perfectly. It didn't matter that the front of the shoe was so much thinner than the rear. I tested them indoors on a day off, and then took them for a full day out and about, walking through stores and doing my daily wanderings that I normally would have worn the Bondi's for. I experienced just a little discomfort in my arch at the end of the day, probably because my feet aren't used to having such disciplined support. The only negative was the toe post between the big toe and long toe. It rubbed a bit abrasively on the inside and top of my feet (the right more than the left), which became irritated about 3/4 of the way through the day and left a nasty red mark. It probably would have blistered or scabbed if these were my only shoes to wear. Two days later, the mark is gone, so not a huge deal... but enough to drop a star from the review. These are what they say they are: recovery shoes, not intended for daily use. I could see wearing them at home after kicking off the socks and Bondi's, and on days off when I'm not planning a lot of walking or activities. But definitely not for everyday wear due to the irritation from the material's edge on the toe post. Hoka, if you're listening, maybe consider a softer material or round out the toe post more so it's not so abrasive.

Like the title says these are the most comfortable slippers I've ever had. Walking around all day on my feet all day and no feet pain. Only downfall is that the black color bleeds into your feet. Fix that and we're buying them all the time.

I first purchased a men's 11 and that was way too long and wide for my foot. Then I ordered a M - 10 and that was better. And it was easy to return the ones that didn't fit. Great company. And the flip flops are the BEST I've ever worn. Super comfortable and supportive.

very comfortable flop but the toe strap seems a little weak because I broke my first pair. But Hoka replaced him in a good time no matter.

I use this product regularly. Great comfort, however the toe strap cut my toe (on top) due to a rough edge. Hoping it goes away with use.

I wear these for casual use around the house and outside. I like the firm arch support but wish the sole were a little softer; still getting used to the firmness, but love the thickness of the sole. Straps around feet are comfortably loose; some slight chafing on one side between my toes that may wear off in time. Overall good, would be great if sole were a bit softer.

great cushion in a flip flop. Prevents plantar fascia issues. the toe divide takes some breaking in and has little hard edges that make it uncomfortable for all day wear

I could have given a five stars but blue straps little broke off which shows off the foam inside of it. Too early to be giving out. However they are very comfortable and I love it. That's why I bought another pair but I am hoping that the next one won't rip off.

The recovery flip is probably the most comfortable flip that I've ever worn. My only complaint is that the upper straps are too loose which makes it hard for them to stay on while walking in them. Is there a way to tighten them up? I'm hoping that I will get an answer to that question from HOKA. So, for now I can only wear them around my house. Because there's nothing worse than having your shoes/flip flops etc slipping off while wearing them. For that reason alone I would not buy another pair. And I'm sorry that I bought them to begin with.

I like the way these recovery sandals look. Definitely not as comfortable as oofos. My feet are still deciding if these will actually serve their purpose as a recovery sandal or just be a more ergonomic everyday flip flop. One big thing I'm hoping improves as they break in; they fall off of my feet all the time! I'm really hoping they stay on better as they break in and form to my feet again. But at this point I'm seriously considering returning

I wear a Women's 8.5 Wide in Hoka Bondi 8, and I have a pair of Hoka slides in that size 8. I thought these would fit (men's size 7 flip flops), but they were too long, and the strap did not fit securely on my foot. I love the color; they do not have this grey in women's. So I purchased a size 8 women's flip-flop, which is too small. I am waiting for a size 9 in Women's to arrive, hoping they fit, there are no half sizes, so this is my last option for fit. I love my Bondi 8's and my slides...so I kept trying. I wear flip-flops about 7-8 months out of the year, so if these do not work, I will be looking for another brand. Hoka's were recommended by my foot doctor, and they have helped, but I know I will revert back to my other not so supportive flip-flops if I just have slides.

The sandal was recommended by my orthopaedist, and I feel it was definitely worth the purchase. The sandals softens the impact when I walk, creating a much more comfortable experience.

The only thing that needs improvement are the straps feel too loose on the foot basically too much flip in the flop. I compared my new and old pair, and you could see the material has stretched a lot over time.

These sandal feel amazing I just wish the straps were a bit more heavy duty as they are the first part to go out. I've owned 3 pairs and the straps go out after about 7 months... I just wish they lasted longer but like I said they feel amazing . I won't buy any other sandals even if I have to keep sending them back. I have a wider foot so I just have to go up a half size also

It is a comfortable sandal. However , I am used to sandals or flip flops . So it is a little bit thick from the standpoint. But if you don't care about thick or thin in a sandal than this is for you. Also I've only had it a week but It feels durable like it will last while.

These were bought for someone who has brittle bones in the feet and does not need to be walking around without protection. I'm hoping they make a big difference for him.
