I wish I could give these five stars because the bottom of the shoe is so comfortable! I have fibromyalgia, neuropathy, and arthritis in my feet. I've been through so many shoes and I have spent so much money trying to find something I could walk in and these are amazing!!! There's only one problem. I have a narrow foot. I contacted Hoka and they do not make shoes for narrow feet. But I can usually get away with a normal size when it comes to a flip flop so I was disappointed. I'm not returning them though. Instead I used moleskin and cut a couple of strips and stuck them underneath the straps so the shoe would not slide off my foot! Tada! Wonderful comfortable new shoes. But I long for the day when they make these in a smaller width!

I am a 6.5 and ordered a size 7. I can feel how comfortable these flips will be but the width is way too wide for my feet and I do not have narrow feet. Going to exchange for a pair of size 6 and hope that it would fit.

The straps are too loose, the toe is too long other than that the back of the sandals fit. I have averaged to narrow feet.

Great support and cushioned feel. Straps are too lose. I wear a size 9 in Bondi 8 and Clifton 9. I wish I could have purchased an 8 1/2 in the Recovery Flip. May try an 8, but afraid it might be too small. I will not buy another 9 in this shoe.

A little floppy. I have a narrow foot and bought a pair of OOFOS sandals at the same time. I will keep both as they are both comfortable. But, that said, if someone has a wide foot or a fat foot, these will be great. For a narrow foot, I'd go with OOFOS. I just wear them around the house on my tile floor and it's fine. I have to exercise my toes to hold them on though, not with the OOFOS. But HOKU's are super comfy as well.

I live in a warm climate, so wear sandals most of the year. I have had gout, bunions, bunion surgery, plantar fasciitis, wonky ankles.you name it. These sandals are supportive and comfortable. My only criticism is that my remaining bunion hangs over the side of the wide shoe. This is not uncomfortable, but it will cause a callus to form there overtime. Also, be aware that the "vanilla" color is more of a pale peach color.

I wear an 8 in the Hoka slides, but these do not fit me. I wear an 8.5 Wide in Bondi 8s. I guess because your foot can only go so far with the thong between your toes when I start walking, my foot comes off the back. Men's 7 flip-flops did not fit me either. I returned both, waiting on a W9 to see if I can own a pair of Hoka flip-flops. Also, I would love it if they had light grey, white, or tan colors for women.

I bought this shoe for after toe surgery. It has good support. The cushion part of the shoe could be a little softer but overall, it's not bad once you get used to it.

The size of the shoe fits but the top part that goes one the foot and between the toes is too big. Makes the shoes difficult to keep on. These are made for people with wider feet.

I need to fix it or replace it. Like I said in my headline, I need it. My doctor recommended but if you can fix, I will not be able to buy one every other month and my doctor probably will not recommend it anymore.

they are slightly large as i up sized since no half sizes but kept anyways as they are so comfortable. i will buy another pair but size down.

I have been wearing the Recovery Flip for years & love them. They are great for all my numerous foot problems, are very comfortable, have great traction on the sole, and the raised front keeps me from tripping (I am 77 years old & that is a problem for me). My only frustration is that pair after pair have the toe strap come loose long before they wear out. Trying to glue it back never works. It would be wonderful if they could manufacture it so that the toe strap was better reinforced & didn't separate from the base.

I've owned several pairs of these over the past 10 years -- they changed the style of the strap on these and I don't like them nearly as much...they also feel more narrow than the older version. I'm sad...why do they change a good thing??? I'll keep them, but wish they would bring the old style back
