Have been purchasing these for more than 6 years. The latest batch is narrower in the width at the heel, shorter for the same size (heel going over the back rim), and feels has less cushion when walking.

I have worn both the flips and the slides for many years. (ALL I wear are Hokas) I finally needed a new pair of flips and bought them, noticing that now a womens 8 is the mens 7/womens 8 ( I wear a w 8 in the sandals) I got the new pair and they are flopping all over my foot, they're falling off my feet when i walk and I couldn't figure it out. I looked at them very closely--the length was right, but the straps are a lot longer now. What the heck? These sandals have been perfect for achy feet, but I may have to search out a new brand that will stay on my feet. i'm bummed

I am returning this flip flop although i really wanted to like it... The footbed is perfect however the top piece with the thong is much too big and is so loose my foot slides around when wearing. Please improve the flip flop!!!

I did have this flip flop from a few years ago...and wore it out! My mom ordered new ones for me and I feel like they are so tight. They do not come in a wide width...so I'm confused ..they fit me before. I'm sad..I loved my other pair. Are the men's size a wider width? I am not sure what can be done....

The "thong" between the toes is off center, by design, and that causes the thong to rub on the side of area between your toes. After wearing these for 2 days I had blisters and my skin was raw, and these were my only sandals during a 2 week vacation to a tropical location. I ended up wrapping band-Aids and moleskin around the thong area to work as a cushion and this helped. If the thong were straight they would've been perfect.

I wear an 8 1/2 in the Bondi tennis shoe. I ordered a size 8 in the flip flops & the back of the shoe was right at my heel. Exchanged them for a 9 & the length was better but the shoe hung on my foot. This shoe obviously wasn't for me.

I am very sad to say this. I have been buying Hokas for about 6 years. I have purchase at least 6 pairs of running shoes and 3 pairs of flip flops. It seams the quality has gone down with each pair purchased. Last pair of flip flops did not even last 1 year. Done with all their shoes. On to the next brand.

The footbed of these shoes is so slippery they fall right off of your feet. Especially if you have narrow feet. I have narrow to medium feet and these are huge. I can fit 3 fingers between my foot and the straps of this shoe. The footbed is comfortable, but I suppose that is mute if they can’t stay on my feet. I went with the REEF Ortholite and they are perfect.

I have several pairs of Hokas. I love their athletic shoes so I thought I would give the recovery flip flops a try. Unfortunately, they were too loose and were a tripping danger I’m returning them. The depth between the strap going over your foot and the foot bed is too long. I actually have a high instep so it’s surprising.

My husband loves his Hoka sneakers and thought I would enjoy these sandals. My first impression, they look huge and after wearing them around the house I felt like I was clomping around on cinderblocks, very unwieldy. They did not hurt per se but were NOT comfortable.

This pair is awful. However, I bought a pair of these sandals this summer and LOVE them. I wear them every day as house shoes, and they have helped relieve the pain in my feet immensely. So I bought another pair to wear outside, and the material against the sole of my foot is now a cheap, harder, material. I am sending them back. They don't have any of the 'recovery' feel as the original pair did, they just feel hard and cheap. So disappointed.

The flip flop is horrible, with material that is unforgivable when it comes to sweating, it does not absorb any moisture, it actually becomes very slippery, and during the summer you'd be walking in your own sweat. It's rubber, it makes no sense. The divider in the middle has glue sticking out that cuts into your skin when you walk, and it rips apart the skin. It's the worst part of this shoe. My toes hurt just by walking around the house. It's also so wide, that it doesn't let the toes sit comfortingly between the divider. I do not understand why they would make a flip flop with material that rips apart the skin in the middle of the toe. The sole of the shoe has so much cushioning in the middle that it feels like a ball under the foot, and it thins out in the front. It creates an off balance walk, and for small feet it is extremely uncomfortable. It tries to be a running shoe without being a running shoe, and I just sucks. Even the running shoes has better material than these flip flops. I DO NOT recommend these at all. I'm returning it the same day I got it delivered because they are just that bad.

I bought the same pair of recovery flip sandals last year and they are phenomenal. I bought a new pair in August 2020 in a different color (black) and they are extremely different. The new pair seems like they're made of cheap plastic and do not ha e the cushion not support that the pair I bought last year does. Seems like they changed manufacturers and/or material.
