Very oddly made. Weird fit, weird looking. Uncomfortable. I have tried to like these, but can't.

The piece btwn your toe will scratch your second toe and rub a blister. Hoka needs to remake these!!!! I love my hoka tennis shoes. I will be ordering me a pair of the men's recovery sandals like my husbands because they are made differently btwn the toes. We'll see how that goes!

So very disappointed in the cheap change made to the toe stem. This was my fifth pair, but these are unacceptable. The sole provides the same comfort and support, but the toe stem has been bulked up with split and stitched material. Boo hiss...please bring back the original and far more comfortable shoe.

These shoes looked like the perfect shoe for my various ailments. A size 10 was recommended. It was way too wide and long. I had to go down to an 8, and then it was a little too short. No, the 9 didn't work either--too wide. Too bad.

Initially I thought this sandal was exactly what I was looking for. Super comfortable!! Then I actually wore them for longer than 30 min and the area between my toe (thong) kept rubbing and rubbing. Made it very uncomfortable and caused blisters on both of my feet. These are going back.

This is the most uncomfortable pair of flips flops I have ever tried on. SHARP edges on the straps. Deep logo on the footbed grinds into your foot. I couldn't walk 10 steps in them Had to return them.

Bring back the old model please! The strap is awkward and uncomfortable and the sole is too small and stiff. Hoka makes a great product and then messes it up!!

I wear and love the Mach shoes in women's size 10. Ordered the recovery sandal in size 10 and it was way too small, about an inch shorted than my Machs. Based on the discrepancy I'm not sure an 11 would fit either. Returned sandals.

Been wearing hoka flip flops over a year and love them! Then bought a second pair and discovered they have been redesigned. Can't even wear the new pair! Strap is angled and hurts my toes.

This sandel looked so comfy in the picture and seeing i love running in my Clifton 4s, I thought the sandel would meet the same standard. The tongue between the toes is so incredibly uncomfortable! As soon as I tried it on, the discomfort with apparent! I couldn't even walk it was that uncomfortable.

Besides my foot hanging off the back of shoe and material at toe rubbing my toe uncomfortably, they were comfortable to stand on. I feel like my shoe was defected but I didn't want to mess with going back and forth through the mail

I bought these originally about 6 months to a year ago. I loved them almost immediately. I have lived in nothing but my Hoka work sneakers and these. So I ordered another pair and you've made changes since my original purchase. And not changes for the good I'm sorry to say. I absolutely hate them now! The top part used to be straight between the toes (not angled) and they were made with a strong durable silicone or rubber. Now they are angled and made of a cheap uncomfortable material that is far from sturdy. And they look awful and super cheap which they are far from cheap in price. I'm so disappointment as these shoes helped me with my heal spur and plantar fasciitis in both feet. Back to the drawing board for me as I will never be purchasing these again. I hope you don't start cheapening my sneakers also that would be devastating...

I wore these recovery flip flops all last summer. Needed a new pair so bought these for this summer. They changed the design, for the worse. The part that goes between your toes is rough and irritated my toe so much that it bled. I tried wearing them a few times but it continued to cut my skin. I contacted the company and they never responded. Had to find different shoes from a different company.

Blister City!
Bought these for walking around Vegas.
They ended up being the most uncomfortable flip-flops I've ever worn.
I had high hopes thinking because they were Hoka One One, they would provide me with the same level of comfort.
The rubber thong part rubbed on the inner of my arch where the thong meets the shoe, causing a serious blister on each foot.
I like to look cute, and thought I'd picked some ugly flip-flops as a sacrifice for my feet being comfortable.
They are ugly and uncomfortable.
I do love my Hoka One One Tennis shoes though.

This year the between toe area was not great. This year the fabric between the toe is better but on top of the toes...when walking... the firmer fabric rubs the top of the second toe so much I can not stand it at all. The fabric needs to be softer or padded. I also wonder why the T piece is crooked and not straight across the top of the foot.

I love Hoka products, the sneakers are amazing so I was excited to try these out. I'm a 10 in running shoes (9 in regular) so to ensure I got the correct size I used the size guide on the website. I was advised to order the 10 so I did. They looked nice and had good cushion. When I started walking in the them I immediately noticed that the strap would slip under my arch and scrape against it with each and every step.
I'm not sure if it's because they are the wrong size. I wanted to rerun them and try out the smaller size but I had already thrown away the box...

the piece that goes between the toes chafes terribly. I am used to wearing sandals and thongs but these made my toes very sore.

I was really looking forward to wearing my sandals. Unfortunately they rubbed so much they took the skin off of my foot in about 20 minutes

Very comfortable. I was excited about these shoes until they broke in less than a month with minimal wear. I lost balance and my right ankle rolled out and the toe strap broke.

I tried the Hoka Recovery "Flip" and "Slide," and the slide is much better than the flip. The sole of the flip is much harder and less cushy than that of the slide, plus the flip's plastic strap feels cheap and itchy. Hoka - please consider making a sandal with a back strap around the ankle so hurt feet don't need to "monkey grip" the sandal.

I had high hopes for this shoe. Much to my disappointment, they were incredibly uncomfortable. The flip flop strap was too snug and was sore on my foot. I have happily worn close to a dozen different Hokas and I'm a HUGE fan. These shoes had to be sent back. :(

So uncomfortable.. I have wore them to try and break them in. They don't loosen at all. Always wear a 10 but they seem tight and small.
