The shoe came with a piece of twill sewed on to go between toes instead of the same material stitched together. The bottom was made out of harder plastic, rather than the expected Hoka one one bottom. They changed manufacturing from China, to Vietnam. I don't know if that made the difference but I am very disappointed. I had to return. I will be looking for a new option for my recovery shoes.

These shows are not stable or comfortable. Not worth the money in my opinion, I was disappointed in these as I have loved Hoka tennis shoes

returns are very difficult due to your inferior website. I had to return both pair of Hoka One One Recovery fkip flops. I wear a size 7. I purchased a size 7 and it fit like a size 6 - too small. I returned the pair after a lot of difficulty printing return forms And I ordered the next size up (8). It fit like a size 6 also - too small. Returned that pair with same difficulty printing return forms. I give up.

super stiff, too large to hold foot in place, very hard plastic-like material. I was expecting much more from HOKA. very disappointed.

I have loved the recovery flip for years. They help my problem feet. This new style, however, is really not good for those of us with narrow feet. The strap is in a new place, and the flips feel HUGE. I wish you would offer the old design again. Maybe have the two styles.

1) This is not true to size. I have always worn size 10 both in open and closed toe shoes. I did not expect this open toe sandal to be shorter than my feet. Yes, obviously shorter than my feet. 2) The material between the toes is rough and rubs the toes. 3) Hoka One One does not issue QR code for returned items, therefore I had to pay about $5 to print my return slip since I do not have a printer. Technically, it is not a free return.

I loved the old recovery flips. The new style is HUGELY wide! I would never walk up and down stairs in these things, as I might kill myself. The top strap fits the foot entirely differently than the old model. If you loved the old ones, pass on these.

Oh my gosh! I am so disappointed in Hoka One One. I wear Hoka One One Bondi shoes and I love it and thought their Recovery Flip would be just as wonderful. Sadly, it was not to be. The foot bed of this slipper is awful. The indentations on the foot bed make it uncomfortable. Sorry, but this is going back. Thank you, Zappos, for your wonderful customer service.

These shoes are very uncomfortable and just ugly. The thong area is very stiff and will rub a blister between the toes. I honestly cannot believe they cost as much as they do. Not worth the price at all.

I love all my Hoka products. This was such a disappointment. It cut my feet where the Thong is by the toe. I sent them back.

I loved my original pair of hoka flip-flops but lost them and had to replace. The new toe thong is horrible! It's Rough and sharp and rubbed both toes till I bled. I'm so sad because these are my favorite flip-flops but I simply can't wear the new version as they are so painful!!

I was so excited for these flip-flops because Nikes stop making the ones I really love. I open the box and instant sadness. Period. The quality can only be compared to something you would find in the dollar tree. The fit was really small and the top T strapDidn’t seem like it would support daily wear and tear. Walk down the hall to my bedroom and took them off because they were so uncomfortable.

I bought these in a size 8 last year and they were too small. I gave them to a friend. This year I bought size 9, since there is no 8.5, and they are way too big. I would not waste any money buying these.

Wore these shoes about 10 times to take my dog outside to potty. The toe strap broke already. What a waste of my money.

I have a pair of Hoka recovery flips from 2 years ago that I loved and I hate these new ones. I own 4 other pairs of Hokas because I have pain on the bottoms of my feet. I do not have pain with any of those Hokas or the old sandals but my feet hurt ALL the time in these. They do not stay on your feet like the old ones did and I am constantly tripping in them. I have thrown them to the back of my closet after wasting my time breaking them in. Don't throw away your money.

I was so disappointed! The part that goes between your toes is so uncomfortable. The padding seems nice but 5 minutes of having them on was very uncomfortable between my toes. They were also a bit loose but that would not have deterred me. It felt like I was wearing thorns. Definitely not a good design for a recovery sandal. I will go back to my oofos

I live in my Hoka Shoes! Absolutely the best athletic shoes made. I have four pair and would not trade them for anything and have recommended to all my family and friends. I ordered these black flip flops to wear to the pool but was very, very disappointed. Had a blister and swelling between my toes from the awkward strap between the toes from wearing about 15 minutes. It is so thick and stiff there is no way wearing for any length of time would soften the piece. Definitely needs to be redesigned!!!

I'm not sure if I needed a different size, or they just do not fit the shape of my foot, but they did not work for me. I ordered a 10 which is my normal size, and the arch support was not in the right place for me. It felt like I needed my foot to be all the way back in the shoe for the arch to line up, but then my heal was hanging off of the back and there was a lot of room at the front of the shoe. I tried to walk around in them for a bit, but I found that my calves were getting tired. They were just not for me.
