Hurt my right foot -pinched my skin on top of foot

Love my HOKA shoes but the sandals need work. They are HUGE-so need an adjustable strap across the top of the foot, or the sandal straps need to be able to make the shoe NARROW. Super bummed.

I was so excited to get the sandal because it was from Hoka One One. I expected a lot as I have been so happy with their athletic footwear. But this was a disappointment. While the base of the sandal was the usual wonderful comfortable feel, the thong part was very uncomfortable. The material and the stitching made for very bad friction and very irritating. I returned them. But I had a very wonderful, responsive and educated customer service rep that listened to my complaint. I will continue to buy their shoes but will go elsewhere for orthopedic friendly thong style sandals. FYI, the Recovery slide sandal is awesome.

I am returning these shoes as the material between the toes is very uncomfortable. I had them on for fewer than 5 minutes and had to take them off so I would not get rubbed raw.

It's not made the same way it doesn't have any cushioning I am it's not spongy like the first pair was I didn't like it I won't buy anymore

I own multiple pairs of HOKA shoes and had high hopes for the flip-flop. When I put my feet in the shoes the base felt like they were made just for me. The strap is the problem with these shoes. They are oversized. When I tried to take a couple steps they flew off my feet. There was also an issue with the quality of the strap. The right one was good but the left one scratched the top of my foot during a step. The soft material between the toes is great, but on the left shoe, the material that attaches to the soft material was sewn to the left of center and that is what caused the scratching. HOKA please address these issues. Your shoes are amazing and I would love to own a pair of your flip-flops if they fit properly.

They are short for about a whole size. I am a 9 1/2 and ordered a 10, and it was still very small. I exchange for 11 but the arch of the flip didn't reach the right place.

The toe thong area is itchy and uncomfortable. I am a solid 8. However, my heel was hanging off the end, because the toe thong placement is so weird and apparently made for people with short toes. Also, the toe thong is placed over to the side for fashion? This is adds to the discomfort and lack of functionality. I had the recovery sandal style from a couple of years ago, and I wore them until they broke. I am returning this version.

The material that goes between your toes on top of the foot was scratchy & irritating.

NA1586945_RT and NA1529817_EX. I ordered ORA recovery sandals in a size 6. I returned them for a refund because they were too small. I normally wear a size 6 in all shoes. I input my email address to be notified when a size 7 came back in stock. Several days later I tried again and there was a size 7 available. I ordered in size 7. A few days later the size 7 I ordered came and they were way too large. Two days after that another pair of ORA recovery sandals in size 7 arrived. I returned that unopened via FEDEX on April 23, 2021 along with the pair that I ordered that were too large. I have paid $52.64 twice and have no shoes and no refunds...

I'm a true 7 1/2, but you dont have half sizes so I ordered an 8 and they were to small. The next size up is a 9. I know they would be to big. Never have I ever wore a size 9? Very disappointed with your sizing with this shoe!

Weird toe-thong placement which pushes your heel off to the side of the shoe.

I love my hoka shoes, but these flip flops have a scratchy strap and hurt the top of my feet.

These flip flops are enormous and the top fabric is NOT comfortable at all.

The way the shoes are designed they pull across your toes/foot and rub blisters with every step.

The bottom of this shoe felt great but the placement of the toe strap was horrible. There was so much extra room at the top of the shoe because the strap stopped my foot from going forward and my heels were falling off the edge on the back. I ordered my normal size in Hoka shoes which is actually a bit big for me. Not to mention the material of the strap that sits between the toes was incredibly uncomfortable and scratchy. I tried them on and immediately put them back in the bag and returned them.

I have high arches and thought these would be great. The flip flop pushed my foot to the inside and my toe was going over the side edge. The toe strap was also too long. When I took a step the foot pad would drop and I would have a big gap between my toes and the pad of my foot. Causing many tripping hazards.

Mailed them back today. I have cuts on both feet from the sharp leather edges on the toe separators .... not a good design.

I have tarsal tunnel in my right foot and leg these shoes made my foot hurt more. Maybe it was because it is not offered in a wide and I do have a wider foot.
