Fix too wide on foot

I wish, I have a number to speak with someone. I need to return a merchandise for change the size but I have been try it and it's impossible. Terrible customer service or better no customer service. I'm very, very upset. We use to recommend it to our patients but after it, I'm not confident anymore.

up to you guys if you want to buy it or not, i ordered this for my wife, after wearing for few days, she started complaining about feet/hips pain. slipping caution is needed. i will be returning them.

This was a epic fail for Fit and comfort. I felt like I was unable to walk properly with these, left one kept slipping off my foot, needless to say they are being returned. Disappointed as I really like their shoes

I was super excited to see these sandals, they have all the features I've been looking for in a sandal. I bounce between 8.5 and 9 in shoe size so I tried the 8 and 9. Neither fit well, it would be great if this was offered in half sizes.

I returned this product. Too big! I do not like the feel. It keeps slipping off my feet. Additionally, Hoka had advertised free return. I was charged by USPS $17.05 for return shipping. I am requesting to be reimbursed Thank you

The design on the toe piece changed and now the fit is too loose. I have another pair I love before this design change.

I ordered a 7 for my 6.5 size foot. It was huge. I exchanged for a size 6, but have yet to see it.

They would have been good if they weren't so loose. The size was perfect but the material between my toes was too long, causing the shoe to go crooked. Have heard wonderful thing about HOKA so I was very disappointed!

my hoka sandal broke the first time i wore them the connextion between the toes to the sole came apart on the left show

Threw me completely off balance. I wear a size 8 but there is at least an inch at the fron of my tow and my heal sits on the very back edge.

Uncomfortable. Love my Hoka tennis shoes but not the Flip-flops, returned them

They changed where the strap hits the top of your foot, and while it looks a little bit more feminine they don't stay on my feet. I had to curl my toes under to hold the flip-flop on. I returned them after 3 days and I've been wearing hokas for years

I usually wear a 10 in women's shoes . I purchased a 10 but it was too small . I tried giving the shoes to my daughter that normally wears a 9 however her foot hung off the back . I ordered and 11 however it was too big so I will be returning all three pairs .

I'm an 8 1/2. The size 8 was too short. The 9 was the correct length but straps were way too loose.

I did not feel stable with these shoes on. I love all my other Hoka's, but the sandals just won't work for me.

My issue was that it was too big for my foot even though I wear a size 7, which I ordered. The main issue for me was that it had no arch support. My arches are very high. I experienced burning during walking around the house.

I wear a size 8.5 USA. HOKA has no half sizes. Although I thought this was going to be a problem for me, I heard great things about HOKA so I decided to try the size 8 flip flops. They were too small. I exchanged them for a size 9. The 9's were Huge. I had to return them. By not having half sizes HOKA is missing out on an entire population of people who could be wearing their products. Very disappointing!

I bought another pair of these simply because I did so well with the 1st pair I bought a few years ago. In the name of 'cost cutting' they have ruined it on all fronts - don't fit well, are too hard, just please go back to its original design, thank you very much. I returned the pair and still haven't received my refund, it's past 10 days!!!

I bought the flip flops and the straps stretched out within a week.

I was very excited about the Hoka Ora recovery flip. Unfortunately did not work for me. Even though the foot bed was correct, I felt that the part that goes between the toes sits just a bit off. I either slide forward and it starts rubbing or if I wear it comfortably, my heal sits on the part that raises up. I also thought that the shoe was very firm. I expected them to be more cushioned.
