I love my Hoka athletic shoes (size 10 wide) so I decided to try these (in size women's 10) to replace a pair of worn out flip flops. The sandal is very comfortable with the exception of the toe strap. The design and cut of the strap is very different from traditional flip flops. I am not sure if this is an attempt to make the sandal appear more feminine but it caused the sharp edges of the strap to cut into the tops and sides of my feet - very uncomfortable. I did some research and found that the "men's" version has a traditional toe strap so I tried them instead and they are wonderful - the strap does not bother my foot at all and they fit the width of my foot better as well. The "men's" version actually has unisex sizing (men 8 / women 10) printed on the sandal - I am not sure why they don't advertise it on the website.

I wear a 9.5 in women's shoes. Ordered a 10 since there are no half sizes. They were too small. Exchanged for an 11 and still too small. I cannot wear this brand.

I'm on my feet all day not to mention a lot of walking! I've tried other shoes only to go home with aching feet legs and back! Not with these and they hold up so much longer! Love my Hokas!!

These feel like a dream for the bottom of my feet, however, a blister is forming between my toes on my left foot. Going to tough it out because I am having trouble getting shoes that feel comfortable for my aging feet! We ordered a pair, at the same time, for my husband and his are not shaped at angle at the part that goes between your toes. Not sure why the women's flip had to be different than traditional flip flops. I see other reviews saying the same type thing. Don't understand why companies create a really good product and just have to change things just to change them. Of course, most companies would say all their changes are positive changes, but I disagree. I've put on my husband's flips and they come between my toes perfectly. Should not have to order a man's flip to get a good fit. Not sure why there is a rough seam there also. Other than that, they would be absolutely perfect!!!!!!

Love the way this sandal conforms to my foot. It is very lightweight and easy on the foot. Try a pair today!

I like the original all rubber flip better. It feels better between your toes. Takes some getting used to.

I had to post this review. I am a big Hoka fan relying on my Clifton every day after battling with a grueling plantar fasciitis for 2 years now. I also have the old recovery flip model which is amazing The new model for flip has an unbelievable uncomfortable strap who cuts into the skin between toes and is unbearable to walk in. Hoka designers pls fix this issue! The 3 stars are for the soles which are AMAZING as all Hoka soles are.

Hands down the best pair of sandals I have ever owned. Lots of cushion and sandal fits true to size. I would highly recommend these sandals.

I have a hard time finding size 5/women -- so was happy you carry in small sizes. These flip flops are great. Really comfortable, very cushiony, easy to walk. While they don't really have "arch support", due to the cushy bottom, feels great.

So comfortable but-the strap between toes separated after a short time which trapped moisture...resulting in smelly shoes.

This sandal is great since I "lost" my fat pad under the balls of my feet. It is very cushiony. Wish it would come in more colors, as in metallic. It would be a great beach shoe. Can be rinsed/hosed off.

I received my Ora Recovery Flip today and I AM IN LOVE..... I will definitely be ordering these in other colors. I normally wear a size 10 and I ordered a size 9, based on other reviews, and it was very good advice.
